I like caribou coffee. This one is pretty new and clean. The added chairs near the fireplace are nice. Food was meh but it's just reheated so it's good for what you get. It is a bit on the pricey side as far as coffee shops go though but the cold brew is worth it.

This has quickly become my new favorite go-to in the mornings. The staff is super friendly and the drinks are excellent. I haven’t tried the food yet, but the chai couldn’t be better.

Generally I do not write bad reviews of places. I thought about this over night before writing it. I buy caribou coffee kcups from Costco and visit caribou when I travel. I prefer their great tasting coffee and food over Starbucks and dunkin. I have been to other caribou chains and they have been outstanding in all areas. However, this was my first visit to this one since I discovered it was local. The food, staff, atmosphere was great. The coffee was very disappointing. I got an asiago bagel, ham, egg, Swiss sandwich and 2 medium caramel macchiato’s. Like I said, the food and staff were awesome. The coffee was barely warm, tasted burnt like it had been sitting in a pot for hours at high temp with very little in the pot. The cup was less than half full. And mostly foam. Very disappointing visit . Not sure that this location will be one that I visit again. If I do I am definitely avoiding the coffee.

I was so happy to visit this location and enjoy delicious food and coffee! The caramel apple High Rise was very yummy, and the apple pastry definitely went well with it!

The barista who prepared my drink was shockingly rude—the rudest I’ve ever encountered. On top of that, she clearly lacked the basic competence to understand a simple request like ‘light ice.’ The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

I love this coffee shop! The staff are polite and friendly. I'm really happy now they have mugs because I don't like being wasteful and using disposable paper cups.

Absolutely loved our visit to Caribou Coffee! We had the grilled cheese with tomatoes on sourdough and the egg white wrap with tomatoes and pesto—both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The coffee was rich and smooth, a perfect complement to the food. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The overall experience was warm and cozy. Honestly, the quality here outshines what you’d typically expect from big-name coffee chains. Definitely coming back!
