Food is ok but water is so bad tasting that looks like company does NoT change filter to drinks dispenser. I bet, HQ does not even send water filters or franchise owner is cheap to replace it

The staff was too rude!
I just asked for an extra spoon of rice and I was told its charged extra!!!!
The falafel very too hard to bite n for sure not fresh .
Overall bad experience.

Agree as others recently pointed out. Degrading food quality. I ordered falafel bowl and got one falafel ! They were out of falafel and i was still waiting for the next batch . Also, the falafel was not cooked and raw and they call it crispy falafel bowl. I used to love cava and the peachtree corner location, but my experience has been disappointing. Go to other cava locations.

I Placed an order online & after waiting over 20 minutes we asked if it was ready up front. The guy at the counter didn’t even answer, just pointed to the online order pickup counter which was empty. We then pointed out to him that there was a bag right behind him, which was our order. I get home & I’m not even joking they charged me $15 for a bowl with just rice & mixed greens. Horrible customer service & experience.

I love CAVA but this location has missed the mark every chance I've given it. Last time when they gave me a tiny portion and missed out on ingredients I asked for on my online order I didn't mind it. This time, I was served undercooked lentils which gave me food poisoning. There really needs to be some level of care given to orders at this location. Will be sticking to North point Parkway.

Richard, if you see this, I’m not after freebies. I just want the portion I paid for. Yes, I’m the one who said it. Keep it consistent so customers don’t have to call it out at the counter.

For context, I’m usually respectful, greet people, and avoid confrontation. But service like this is a big no. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with inconsistency.
