Waited for 10 minutes for a breakfast burrito this morning. I meet people weekly at this location and under Gene’s leadership, it was great. After Gene’s retirement, new leadership has fallen way off. Teens talking with each other as they work, getting orders wrong, customers standing around and not being greeted or processed. Not good. The groups I meet with are talking about going somewhere else because we do have options. Would love to support the new leadership but improvements must be made.

This restaurant has gone down hill. Too many kids running it and no adults present who know what they are doing. I saw a kid drop a kid to the tea container on the ground and put it right back on - i called her out. Clueless. Also i ordered chicken strips took 18 min because they were out? They couldn’t have cared less. Might as well be McDonald’s service

so last week i visited here twice and both times there was a guy that would make rude comments about the people that won’t go into the second lane. he yelled “are you slow” thinking no one heard him but my window was down. i let that slide. the second time i came it was the same guy at the drive thru that takes orders. he was rolling his eyes and giving attitude to the person behind me because yet again they didn’t go into the second lane. he can be nicer and approach the person behind me nicer. the girl that was taking my order, i believe her name was ryann, she didn’t greet me and just asked for my name and didn’t say thank you. however, the people that hand out the food was so polite!

Parking: I usually park in the Verizon parking and walks over. The Chick-fil-A parking lot is mostly used for drive through.
