There was an issue with QR code when it comes to using the reward points.Second time not a good experience with this location, do not get intimidated with the rewards, I was actually surprised that Chick-fil-A served the first time with rubbery chicken sandwich. I wish they avoid the reward program instead of jeopardizing their quality. Pay? and get the item? And the member did mentioned, that they are less staffed. I’ll go back, hopefully I’ll get the Chick-fil-A quality in the future.Parking: When it comes to entrance it is not much advisable; for the accessibility to entry way one needs to cross through the drive through lane.

The food is consistently good here The service at the counter or the drive-thru is consistently good They do an excellent job of getting the orders taken quickly and getting the food out to you as quickly as possible. In general you're met with a smiling face asked all the right questions about size of meal or drink,your name, or need for sauces etc. My only problem here is the franchise owner, he is always apparently in a bad mood scowling growling quietly, (or not) , to someone at the front,or drive thru .He is always in the drive-thru at lunch rush,and he can sound obnoxious when he basically throws the food at you, or makes some off-handed comment to you if you dare ask for something that has been forgotten, and you know it was not forgotten by the people at the window, I even heard him make a comment to the young lady in the window a couple weeks ago about me asking for extra napkins for my ice cream cone, I wouldn't want to work for this man, I generally go inside if he's on the drive-thru to be able to get my order if I'm not going to sit down with it, overall this place is a very pleasant experience continuity and consistency means everything in the service industry, and they tend to hit it perfectly.

I don't usually write reviews unless it's to boost a small business, and I don't usually have a bad experience with Chick-fil-A, for they are known to have stellar customer service. Today, however, I got the worse disrespectful and belittling customer service by the manager at this location while he handed my food to me in drive-thru. I ordered a kids meal and requested the ice cream, noticing it was missing from my bag. The guy next to this manager said "oh sure let me get that for you", meanwhile the manager keeps trying to shu me off like I'm a nuisance for asking and trying to throw my food to me aggressively. He then proceeded in saying "Thanks for holding up my drive thru line. Next time, make sure you order correctly if you change your mind." I responded with "I didn't change my mind. This comes with my meal, and I never got it, so I'm asking now to get it." And he repeated what he said: "No, you DID change your mind. Thanks for holding this drive thru up." And he sighed obnoxiously. Someone like this should NOT be representing this company and tarnishing Chick-fil-A's representation. Disgusting behavior and treatment.

I had used the mobile app to customize a side salad. While waiting for my order, a guy who I assumed to be the manager confronted me and said I shouldn’t have ordered my food the way I did. I thought he was making banter but he was actually upset at me because they now had to make it a cobb salad… I used the app as intended and that is inconveniencing them?So yeah, avoiding this particular location moving forward.

James, the operation manager, tends to yell and be rude to some customers. He did not believe my sandwich was cold. He was purposely bulling me and making a scene in front of the entire restaurant. What a sick person.
