This is the worst Chick-fil-A ever! Employee taking orders was rude, wouldn't let us get breakfast at 10:31, didn't get our name even close, and needed us to repeat the order twice. The bag was overloaded and busted open, spilling the food everywhere. And then the sandwiches taste fishy, frying oil is clearly rancid. Avoid this location!

My wife and I ate there for lunch today. We order a salad and the lettuce was brown and looked like it was frozen. I told one of the staff and they just brushed it off. They even seen how bad the lettuce was.

IMO the chicken has a flavor that just isn't appealing, and the waffle fries are not cooked enough.
Friends love this place so over the years I've tried again and again to find a menu item I actually crave but it turns out I just do not love Chick-fil-A, except possibly the milkshakes which are very good.
I also find it to be over-crowded and over-priced, but in all fairness they do an amazing job of getting you through the chaos.
Tonight I tried a grilled club sandwich. The bacon was sparse and tough, and overall the sandwich was not satisfying. I did not order fries but was given and charged for them anyway (I didn't check before leaving, shame on me). I also ordered a milkshake, it was the only item that I ended up finishing as even the grilled chicken sandwich has the characteristic flavor I dislike so much, and the waffle fries were soggy again.

CFA never disappoints. While I was dining, someone always checked to see if we needed anything else such as a refill. Kudos to the hard working and pleasant employees for going above and beyond.
