The service was top notch on my visit yesterday! THANK YOU Scott for being so kind from the minute I walked up to the register. He helped me choose a sandwich, ordered me a sample to try so I knew next time if I wanted to order that flavor, helped me with my app, and checked on us at our table, bringing us a to go box at the end! Wow!!! Great food and service! Can’t wait to come back!!!

The food was decent, but it took almost 30 mins to even get our food. I understand it’s the holiday season, but having to wait that long for a sandwich, that isn’t really cooked, is a bit extreme.

You know when you have a bad day and nothing goes right ? Well pretty much my day. I encounter a small problem with my meal and the manager was supper sweet fixed the problem and made my day!

Smells like garbage in here. Did somebody forget to tame the trash out? Yikes not sure who would want to eat inside. Very off putting.

Ohhhhh, the service here is top tier! My family stopped in to try the chicken salad! We were offered a sample of the Barbie-Q chicken salad which helped with making a decision on what flavor to purchase! The host was so accommodating and nice! The chicken salad was so good that I bought another one called the Sassy Scotty for tomorrow’s lunch! Also, the strawberry lemonade is the best I’ve had in a looooong time! We loved the decor and funny little signs; everything was so charming!

I stopped in this evening to grab some dinner for me and my son. I was impressed with the level of hospitality that was shown. I had never had CSC before and wasn’t sure what to order. I was happily given the opportunity to sample the Chicken Salad to see if it were for me. I ordered two of their original Chicken Salad BLT combo’s on croissants for me and my son. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

We had a very serious problem with Uber Eats when we placed an order here by mistake. We contacted Kim immediately (manager) and explained what happened. It was lunch hour so we couldn't have a long form discussion, however, long story short. She was able to resolve the problem and ensure the order was cancelled despite Uber Eats being exceptionally unreasonable and trying to scam us by refusing to cancel the order. I recommend this type of leadership and hope that everyone will support Kim and give her the kudos she deserves. Dealing with Uber Eats is difficult at best and impossible most of the time. Well done Kim. We will definitely leave you a store review when we visit you soon.

I love Chicken Salad Chick, but this location really is the best of the best! We wanted to serve croissants at my cousin’s bridal shower, but there was a miscommunication among my aunts and the order was never placed. I called this team the night before, and they went above and beyond to save the day! I can’t say enough kind things about their service - definitely use them for your catering needs (but make sure to put in your order 48 hours in advance!)
