Chicken Salad Chick

It's posted online that on Saturdays they close at 8pm but they were closed 20 minutes early. I drove all the way here after work because online it says they are open.

We weren’t able to get anything. We made a mad dash to get there before their advertised closing time of 8 pm we did. We arrived at 7:44 pm but their doors were locked lights out , closed sign was hanging up and an employee was vacuuming. The young lady vacuuming saw us but ignored us. I’ve been to this location and had two other negative experiences - this is the 3rd so I’m writing a review . This is a great chain but this location/ franchise has issues . I will continue to go to the Dawsonville location … but this one isn’t worth the trouble or aggravation. Chicken Salad chick at the Collection do better. The chicken salad is a great brand/ product… but the service at this location is underwhelming.

I've been to several CSC's but this one is by far the best run and most efficient one. When the line got long the manager jumped on another register and rang up customers and had a pleasant demeanor, he was also working the dinning room, etc. (this is what managers should do when there are large crowds). The other CSC's I've been to they just stand around and don't really help the cashier or dinning room workers. To be successful everyone has to roll up their sleeves and help! Kudos to this location! I will definitely be back!

My friends and I meet here to grab lunch & catch up. The food never disappoints & the staff is always very friendly. They don't mind if we sit there for 2 hours talking.

Parking: Free parking, but it does get busy at lunch time with all the stores & restaurants around it.

Kid-friendliness: My friend brings her son. They have good kids menu options

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap Parking directly in front of the restaurant.

Half my order was not in my bag when I got home. Tried calling and no one answered. Wasted an hour of my busy day to return. Not happy

Worst Chicken Salad Chick I’ve EVER had!
Recently got married and had my family and friends from out of state stay at the Fairfield Inn. Was so happy to see there was a Chicken Salad Chick not even minutes from the hotel and excited for them to finally try it! Unfortunately that excitement quickly turned to disappointment. We went there for lunch and ordered it to go and ate at the hotel. I ordered the Dixie Chick like I usually do, but the onion in it was SO gross! I could not even eat it! I ended up throwing my entire box in the trash because that’s where it belonged. The onion wasn’t chopped up finely like it usually is, there were big chucks of it in there and it was so dried out and tasted old. The grapes in the grape salad were nasty and mushy. The pickle spears looked disgusting. A lot of the orders were completely wrong and missing items. I will never go to this location ever again!

Left on hold trying to call and order from a real person because the online ordering wasn’t working. Let the cashier know when I waited in line still on hold and was shrugged off like Togo orders aren’t a priority. Not a big deal, Just wasted my time I could have been in and out like any other day but not today.

I went in for the BOGO large Chick Salads. The service was perfect and the Salads were great as always. And yes I will be back.

I love this place. The food never disappoints me. It is consistently good. You can try samples of the different chicken salad options.It is the perfect place to go for a quiet lunch with your girlfriends. Perfect for suburban ladies.

Parking: Sometimes you have to drive a little to find a parking spot on that busy street mall

It was great and had a giant room/private space which I've never seen at a CSC but what a great idea! Food was great as always but they were out of water, which was just odd.
