I go here basically once every week or two and their foods always been great. The staff are incredibly sweet and friendly and the shop is super welcoming. Genuinely one of my favorite places in the collection to bring my friends by and it’s so underrated people should totally check it out more:)

Absolutely ridiculous! We came all the way here hungry because Google says you’re open — only to find the doors shut. If you can’t keep your hours accurate, at least update them online! Wasted time, wasted fuel, and still no food. Totally unacceptable.

The cashier was being very unprofessional. She was not listening, assumed our order was complete, wasn't adding the items we wanted and walked away when we tried to pay with cash
Took her a few minutes to notice us when we walked in
Music in the store was also a little loud.
Chicken was really good thought.

Minus the food this place would be a 1 star. We waited about 6-7 minutes before they even took our order. When they finally came, they were literally on the phone when they were taking our order. Then they waited about like five minutes to start making our food. Eight minutes another like 10 minutes goes by before that we actually get our food. When we go to sit down the table is disgusting. The food was fresh, but only because it took them 15 minutes to make our food cause they didn’t have any ready. The food was made. We paid about $10 to get four chicken fingers, not even the meal. Overall, don’t come here or at least not this location. Also, music was horrible. They were playing a different language of music and couldn’t even understand.

Food was great, Service is good but bathrooms are not clean at all. Hence the 3 star. We will go again this month and if bathrooms are clean, I will make it 5 stars.

Wasn't found of the spices on the chicken in the rice bowl. Those spices conflicted with the sauce you choose.

My friends and I came in and Rehan was managing the kitchen alone. Despite having every excuse to be rude, he was extremely kind and respectful. He made our food quickly with good quality and was still apologetic for the pace. Truly a remarkable employee, more than deserving of all raises

We visited a similar type of restaurant in Nashville & was excited to see this restaurant on FB. We happened to be in Alpharetta & decided it was the perfect opportunity to take the short drive to Cummings & try it out. The style & set up is cute overall. The employees were friendly & allowed us to taste the hotter sauces before committing. The food came out in a fair amount of time. The chicken tenders with spicy ranch is decent but the macaroni & cheese was not for me. IMO it was bland, too soft & runny. Everyone is different, so take that with a grain of salt. The overall environment was cool with great music. There was a slow flow of customer's making parking & dining in fairly easy. On a side note the bathroom was pretty dirty and unfortunately I saw a roach. I personally wouldn't return, because there are plenty of food options in the area. There you have it.

The wings were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. I couldn't eat them. They smelled like raw chicken! I don't recommend spending your money here. The place smells like burnt oil.

Very good! Wifey saved this on Google a while back and we were in the area today. Very cute inside with high tables and low tables. Go head and try the Buffalo Blue chicken was chef’s kiss!

I was lost. Spiritually, emotionally, culinarily—adrift in a sea of mediocrity, numbed by flavorless lunches and the crushing weight of routine. I had forgotten what joy tasted like. That is, until I stumbled into Chick’n Cone.

The cone didn’t just hold chicken—it held hope. Every sauce told a story, and I listened like it was gospel. Somewhere between the Kick’n Ranch and the Cinnamon Maple, I ascended. I became better. I became whole.

I used to chase meaning in self-help books and overpriced therapy apps. But no—this is where I found peace. Chick’nCone didn’t just feed me. It cracked open my chest, reached into my ribcage, and said, “Here. This is what it means to feel alive.” My marriage improved. My skin cleared. Even my toddler stopped throwing tantrums in the backseat. I tell people I found religion, but the truth is simpler: I found Chick’nCone.
