I had such a blast on Monday with Tiffany as our server/bartender. The atmosphere was splendid, and she was such a great bartender. Our food came out quick, hot, and there were no issues. She was able to maintain her tables but also keep everyone company and talk with everyone. It was a great Veterans Day at Cumming Chilis!
Parking: Parking is always smooth and always many spots. No issues, ever.
Visited the bar tonight and could not have been happier with the service and responsiveness. Food and drink was great, but it didn’t outdo the customer service I received from Tiffany. She was excellent. Will come back again. Thank You Chili’s!

I come in to chillis all the time and continue to choose this establishment because of the amazing atmosphere created by the staff and patrons. Tiffany is an excellent example of who you need behind the bar. She’s very attentive and great at both her job and connecting people. Y’all are very lucky to have her apart of your staff.

We had not been to a Chili's restaurant in a few years. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and tasted great and the service was excellent!!

Order Chilis to go for delivery at this location and they screwed up my order. When I called to ask for a refund for the food that was left out, they said they wouldn't help me and said it was Door Dashs fault and I should dispute it with them. Um yeah, except I didn't go through Door Dash, I went directly though the chilis app. No way to dispute this and they wouldnt own up to the mistake. The manager wouldnt get on the phone with me. Absolutely terrible service and experience.
I eat here or order to go several times per month. Not anymore.
Just wanted to update this review in response to the below reply from corporate. I did follow up as they advised and never heard anything back. A poor customer experience made worse by fake corporate concern. Yeah plenty of other mid quality restaurants in my area to patronize, definitely done with chilis.

I don't like rating Chili's this low but it was absolutely deserved. We came in to have a quick and simple lunch, which turned into a long sit and wait. Our server was so slow, a shift manager ended up taking our order. The food was delicious and the support staff were on their toes.
