Loved the waitress, she was on top of it, helping with refills, and chips. Fresh and hot food. Staff is really friendly.

I felt God in this Chili’s yesterday afternoon. Husband and I were coming back home from Alpharetta. Saw this Chili’s and decided, on a whim, to stop (after being heavily influenced to try the triple dipper 🤣). I got the triple dipper and my husband got the baby back ribs. I don’t think I’ve been to a Chili’s in 20 years, and my expectations weren’t the highest. Food was very good. The service was excellent! No drinks ran dry, never wondered where the server disappeared to. My only regret is I live nowhere near this location, so I won’t be going back asap. 😩 If you are near here, stop in and enjoy!

AMAZING SERVICE AND ESTABLISHMENT. Let me start off by saying how amazing the bartender TIFFANY was. TIFFANY, that’s right don’t forget it. She was AMAZING. Then, I saw on the door the general manager was Corey Custer. He was FABULOUS, made sure we were taken care of at all times! And then, the food runner I believe his name was Michael I overheard a conversation. He was tall and blonde, he was such an amazing kid and great speed. My food was out so quick and was so delicious. Thank you chilis!

Love this place. I always dine at the bar. The cliche customers they have is the most annoying thing ever. Today, they had a loud and obnoxious lady with a little kid who kept screaming at her phone because the kid said something cute. I guess she knows everyone here. She emptied the bar- everyone just left.

Absolutely ruined my evening.

But I’ll be back. I hope she won’t be here

Way too expensive for franchise food.

Good lunch deal. Great service. Very accommodating to change from menu choice. For example, instead of a fried chicken breast I was able to get grilled.

this was the WORST experience i’ve EVER had at a chilis. Michael was my server. there was a bug in my drink and they still made me pay for it. avid chilis fan, and i won’t be coming back to this location. i didn’t even want a lava cake at the end of it. if i could give them negative stars i would. you RUINED the night before my wedding.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express our deep disappointment regarding a highly upsetting experience at your Chili’s locations in Alpharetta and Cumming, Atlanta.

My friends and I have dined at these locations on multiple occasions, and each time we specifically requested confirmation that the meat in our meals was beef. As we do not consume pork due to our religious beliefs, this confirmation is extremely important to us. On every visit, your staff assured us that the dish contained only beef. However, during our most recent visit, we were informed—after staff double-checked with the kitchen—that the meat in the same dish was actually pork.

We are extremely disturbed and dissatisfied with this situation. Due to the inaccurate and irresponsible information provided by your staff, we unintentionally consumed a product that we are strictly forbidden to eat according to our faith. This has not only affected us physically, but also caused deep emotional and spiritual distress. As paying customers, being correctly informed is a fundamental right, and such negligence is unacceptable.

We kindly request that you take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening again and ensure that your staff are trained to handle dietary restrictions and religious sensitivities with the utmost seriousness and respect.
