The orders are always messed up and incorrect. If you don’t have any item you should be calling the customer to inform them. You shouldn’t be serving what ever you have.This is ridiculous. I placed an order for Chicken al pastor instead got regular chicken. Black beans and brown rice were never included.These fukcing guys never change. Chipotle should actually be revoking their license. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

this chipotle location is awful when it comes to delivery and take out orders. i order on uber eats all the time and i have to ask the delivery person for vinaigrette (you can’t order it on the app) and the workers here say that they’ve run out or straight up lie and say it’s in the bag when it’s not.

The manager is sooooo rudeHe doesn’t even answer my questions about my orderAnd he charges me extra so when I check my receipt I walk back to him and he says okay bring the food again I want to see it ??????????I had to bring it back so he said no problem when you finish just come back l will refund you or you can take drinkHow professional is he????????I cam later to get my refund but he was busy so I decided to take drinkl will never com back

I’ve ordered from here many times and the quality the last few months is poor.The black beans are undercooked and crunchy.They forgot to add in the side queso and side guacamole on my last 3 orders.I will drive the extra 20 minute round trip and go to another location. This one isn’t worth it anymore

Horrible quality at this location. Managers are rude and incompetent. They keep running out of food so you wait in line for 20 minutes and think you get your usuals then they say they are out it. They need to starting cooking the food instead of waiting till it’s all gone first.
We loved the food. Even my kids enjoyed the kids make your own taco! But it is so Dirty! They have 4 people behind the counter. I think If they are short staff, one should be on the floor, always cleaning, another 3 behind the counter! Not all of them behind the counter know english and take the order right. One messed up my request but I didn't make a big issue about it! Maybe she will be better keeping the place clean so that you enjoy eating there.

We will not dine here again. This location was out of cheese. How can you be a chipotle without cheese? Despite seven workers in the restaurant, every table in the dining room was filthy. It was not a super busy evening. When asked to wipe a table, the worker wiped one and left the rest dirty. We have been here three times and it is the same in the dining room. This is our last visit here. We won't eat here again! Gross dining room tables!! Disgusting floors!!
