I just stopped by Cinco to place a to-go order and asked three times as I placed the order to make sure there were no jalapeños in the guacamole. I was assured that was no problem. Then as the order was handed to me I confirmed with the waiter that there were no jalapeños, and he assured me again the guac was free of jalapeños. And I left a nice tip. BUT, of course, what's the first thing I realized when I tasted the guacamole from home - JALAPEÑOS. There were no other patrons in the restaurant at the time I ordered so none of the staff was too busy to prepare my order properly. It's not the first time jalapeños were added to my order despite asking repeatedly for there to be none. I am not just picky, I am not able to eat them. What a let-down. And please don't lie to my face next time.

We have been eating here weekly consistently for the past 2 years. We’ve spent so much money and time at this establishment and have had some amazing experiences but the past several have been terrible. The gentleman with longer hair has consistently had HORRIBLE service, refusing my 8yo an extra cup of water when she spilled it, and multiple times forgetting he had outside tables. He has told us before he would charge us extra for using extra ketchup and I’m disappointed overall since we love visiting Vickery. I know times are hard but charging an 8yo for an extra cup of water is insanity.

Had a terrible experience at this restaurant at Cumming location. The guacamole was bad, and when we politely brought it to the server's attention, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. To make matters worse, the manager was just as rude, showing zero concern for customer feedback. Sometimes it’s easy to compromise on the food, but not on the attitude—rolling eyes and dismissive behavior are unacceptable. We won’t be returning to a place where both the server and manager treat customers this poorly. Very disappointing!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The server, Aiden, was new and clearly did not know what he was doing. He didn’t know the flavors of the margarita drinks. And mixed up our order a couple times. Did not realize that our waters were empty. Also, previously our virgin drinks were less expensive than the regular margarita drinks however, tonight we were charged the same. We used to be here, we are never coming back again. Definitely do not recommend.
