Not a fan of paying for a club membership but I can say I have saved more money than the fee this year. This store does a good job on stocking and keeping good sell by dates on hand. Love the variety I can find in the fresh meats and cheeses. I've just about tried every variety of foreign cheese they have. The frozen items are great as well... Particularly all of the sea food. Have some very picky older eaters in my family that love the fillet, shrimp, and fish sticks variety. If I can think of any draw backs to this location it happens to be the parking lot. It's the Wild West out there and the irresponsible/distracted driving & parking can bring higher blood pressure and bad words.

Do not buy kimchi at this store. Their kimchi was over fermented meaning old and it was all mushy, not crunchy.

Eye Exams to Pizza...there's absolutely something for everyone at Costco. Grab a cart from the parking lot, people leave them all over the place and expect to fill it with 6 or far more items. Most employees are extra friendly and you might even meet a new shopping friend, in the check out line.

Had 4 tires replaced 9/19/23. 10:00am appointment 2nd in line. Took 1.5 hours. All 4 wheels scratched up at bead. Appears that they were all scratched when removing / replacing tires. Meeting with manager on Friday to file a claim. Been a loyal customer over 10 years. Very disappointed. Will see what they suggest.

They replaced my tires - great to work with. Much appreciated.

Do not let these guys do your Tesla tires! 1. They will rip your rims to shreds and 2. They will encourage you to buy the jankiest tires for your wheels which will give you 3/4 inch gap on your wheel and looks stupid.

We love this store and the staff are always friendly, fast and efficient. There is one exception, there is a man that works at the gas station that is not so nice

I was there during the busy Christmas madness. I am not sure of other locations but this location is ALWAYS busy. The line was backed up so far one day, I thought I'd be there forever. To my surprise, it moved incredibly quick. I also tried some of their "ready to cook" meals. I was very impressed!!

Best place to shop in bulk for sure. Me and my family love going here. Especially to get snacks for the month along with the best tasting cookies I've ever had! They are always friendly and willing to help find anything you might need!

Our family loves going to Costco and I usually purchase their ready to bake family meals. I swung by after work on 2/14/22 and decided to get some ready to bake items. I got home and cooked the stuffed bell peppers. Upon my initial bite, I bit into something oddly hard. To my disgust and shock, I pulled out some sort of metal debris. Possibly part of a rack or kitchen items they use...... I'm traumatized...

The customers in this store are the nastiest people on the face of the planet. They'll run you over, push you out of the way, esp when they're laser focused on the free food to stuff their face in. Costco employees do crap about it too. I've come close to knocking some folks out but I'm too old for that crap now. I just restrict how often I go here. Maybe 3-4 times a year. Costco is better than BJS but we go to bjs a lot because both customers and employees are not assholes. ‍

Best hot dog deal around. less than $2 for footlong hot dog and drink! Can't be beat for the price! They used to have condiments like chopped onions but they freaked out a little when COVID hit and they don't do those now. hopefully they'll get over that at some point.

This is a good Costco! Friendly staff, nice selection, clean warehouse. Here is what I used: Gas. Waited for 4 cars in line. Best price for gas around here. Always busy. Tip: Use the RIGHT hand side pumps as shorter line, and the hose will reach all the way to the other side of your car. Food Court. Had slice of pepperoni pizza, which was fresh and great deal at $1.99. Pizza is a little greasy so use some napkins to absorb some grease before eating. Have had Hot Dog and soda in the past which is a steal at $1.50. Restroom. Clean. Food. Grabbed some fresh fruit and vegetables today. Good selection. Large quantities so buy selectively. No bags, so you have to use your own or grab some of their used cardboard containers. Free samples. Usually they have samples of their special items. Today it was smoked salmon! Yummy. One of my favorite items at Costco. Check out. Busy but line moved quickly. Use self serve check out to reduce your wait time. Two more great uses of Costco online: 1. Great prices on new cars. 2. Best prices on rental cars when traveling.

Horrible experience with a 5mo old defective LG laptop. The store here in Cumming offers zero help while flushing me over to the "Costco Concierge Service" . Spent a few days proving to them that it's a hardware issue with the LG Laptop. Then Costco flushes me over to LG's 800 phone number that NEVER GETS ANSWERED. In the meantime, my daughter doesn't have a computer for school. I will never buy another computer here from Costco after this horrible run a round experience. I have been an executive member here for years. Sad.

I was surprise and in shock that today early around 10:25am when I went to check out at the register, a "manager" was helping out taking things out my shopping cart. He was on a rush apparently. I said to my 5 year old, to please step aside because she was on my way and on the gentleman that was helping us too. He overheard me and say back to me " OHHH NO MAM THATS NOT MY JOB" I didn't know what to say, to him because all employees from Costco are so profesional! I just said to him "don't worried" I can take everything from my cart myself! A manager using "that's NOT MY JOB" (I am assuming he was a manager he wasn't wearing the red vest ) is so unprofessional especially to a customer.
