The male manager and other employees are very rude. We are lifelong DQ customers and have never been treated so rudely at any other location. This has happened more than once at this location. So disappointed as we loved our hometown DQ before we moved here.

Rip off. This dairy queen has embraced shrinkflation in a big way. Every item has been getting smaller in size while prices rise. It's a pain to go through the drive through. Window servers don't care about the patrons and when asked a question she closes the window and walks away.
So I went through the drive through gotta blizzard and and I pulled into the parking lot to park so that I could eat before I went to work. And after I finish my blizzard, I get out of my car to throw it away so that I could leave. Amd one of the owners approached me and was saying for me to go park somewhere else that the parking lot is for customers and I asked her did she not just see me throw away a dq cup ? Implying that yea I was and I asked who are you are you the Manger no I'm the owner and I reminded her that I'm a shair holder of dq and she imidatly jumped in her white Is mercedes and drove off so honestly.

17$ for a burger combo.... Never will i go to a DQ ever again. AND I was charged 1$ for every bbq sauce .... I was charged another dollar for a Large drink upgrade i didnt ask for.Plus my burger didnt even have the lettuce they advertise it coming with.

The relic the best experience I've had here! The crew spoke and understood English, made a valid suggestion for the cheapest chicken item on the menu and even threw in as few short pieces as extras that wouldn't qualify for a full order value. I even got a ranch for both of my two piece chicken snackers without being charged extra. Very nice experience.
