every single time I come here without fail do I pay for an extra topping in my blizzard and they donāt put it in EVER . Iāve tried to ask for it on the side and they refused saying they werenāt allowed , but iām paying for something iām not getting !!!

My 3 yr old grandson accidentally broke the cheap little plastic table number and the server, who probably wasnāt over 16 yrs old himself, acted incredibly rude to me and to the grandchildren over this little cheap piece of plastic! I apologized once. Then when i went to pick up their ice creams, he again made a āpointā to say he would give me a paper number next time!! There wonāt be a NEXT time! Unfortunately his rudeness took care of that!

I placed a cake order as a gift for a special Birthday. I had issues with the app on customizing the cake but the cake decorator and Kevin were glad to help and made sure the cake was ready for pick up. I saw pics and the cake was exactly what I wanted! Nothing like a nice relaxing Friday driving back to DQ because they canāt manage to get an order right especially when trafficās already a nightmare. I placed my order, repeated it, and even asked after paying, āIs everything there?ā They assured me it was, so I didnāt double-checkā¦ because apparently I still have this silly thing called trust. Big mistake. Twenty minutes home, open the bag, and surpriseāitās the wrong order. So, back in the car I go to reorder (and repay!) for what I already bought once. Sure, I couldāve argued, but I didnāt want them to think I was scamming them for a Blizzard and fries. Itās not about the moneyāitās about wasting my time driving back and forth for their screw-up. By far the finest Dairy Queen experience Iāve ever had.ššš

My children eat Dairy Queen, literally at at least three times a week. My son always loves his chili fries with no cheese. Problem is the employees at this location. Do not value customers at all. We wanted our free dilly bar that you get on a receipt for doing the survey. They refused to give us the dilly bar. I have 3000 points in the app enough to buy a whole ice cream cake. That should indicate that Iām pretty valuable customer to lose. They are especially bad in the drive-through we have had better luck going inside. There is literally one nice employee there, and I wonāt name him, but he is fabulous. Everybody else can go take a hike as far as Iām concerned the girl even said the store manager would not give my children their dilly bar. The women in this Dairy Queen are always very rude. I donāt know why itās the women. It must be cultural there anyway me and my children will never return to this location and we will support the other location. The one incoming people are pretty rude too, but this one really takes the cake no pun intended.

Just had probably the worst blizzards in my life at this location. I ordered a Royal New York Cheesecake and a Choco Brownie Extreme. The cheesecake blizzard was watery when it was handed to me and didnt really have much of the cheesecake pieces inside. Instead of the brownie I ordered, I received a cookie dough blizzard that had ice cream smeared across the outside of it. It was too late and I was too tired to make a scene to get a manager involved.
If you're craving Dairy Queen and feel like pissing your money away, this location will be happy to serve you. I'd recommend eating somewhere else otherwise.

Order 3 x blizzards - the teenagers working there were more worried about having fun and goofing off than giving customer service or making the orders correctly. Received 2 x blizzards with melting ice cream on the outside of the cup and bottom of cup and 1 x cookie dough blizzard that only had 3 - 4 pieces of cookie dough half way mixed chocolate on top and vanilla on bottom. They need to retrain the staff or balance some adults with all those teenagers to keep quality of service up. Very disappointing.
