Whoever the guy was working the drive thru speaker around 9:45 on 2/23/24 was, was very kind. He did a good job and even made some conversation about the ice cream. The banana split we received was also the best we've ever had from a Dairy Queen. Very nice location

My husband has been here for 30 minutes since he placed his order at the drive thru. He finally gets the order and it’s someone else’s order! So he waits for the correct one. Again, he finally gets the order and everything is completely wrong. So now he’s had whoever is at the register inside take the entire order again and he asked him to write it down this time… why is this so difficult?? I told him he needs to ask for a refund but he’s too nice to do that. This is the worst service. I guess this is the standard in today’s society. Sad and frustrating.
Was told they did not accept coupons, the explanation was "we don't do thoes here".

Ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Recieved a completely different burger with raw bacon. Asked for manager and he personaly made it again to my order, however with very under cooked bacon. I paid $12+ for the burger and small fry. I guess i will just stick with ice cream here.
