Gosh. This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten! Very dry and tasteless and as hard as a rock!

I have never had such an awful encounter with a business owner. I place an order for 15 pizzas to be cut into squares. It was under special instructions as well as I called yesterday to confirm it would be cut in squares. Well guess what came NOT cut in squares. I called Domino's and spoke with the manager. The conversation went like this. Hi this is Coal Mt you guys messed up my order. My pizza was supposed to be cut into squares now I don't have enough, you guys need to fix your mistake and send me the 15 pizzas that I ordeded...meaning cut into squares. She said I am not sending you 15 more pizzas...you already have pizza just not enough the most I will do for you is 6. I said I wanted to know the owners name and she said it's me. So I said so what you are telling as a business owner is you won't fix your mistake. (The pizza was for kids with special needs and I had told them they would be squares) so imagine the meltdowns when the plan suddenly changed. The owner didn't care at all to make the situation right. Except the best I can do is 6. So needless to say I would highly suggest using any other Dominos as the owner of Browns Bridge Domino's by Walmart doesn't care at all about their customers or doing right by them. So disgusting and disappointed. I can't wait to call corporate and review the phone calls.

The good is that this location has always gotten our order correct unlike other franchises in the area.

The bad is that they always add an unauthorized tip to a prepayment like PayPal on a carry-out order. Buyer beware! I would recommend just paying at the store when you pick the food up.

One of the worst ever I had at this store today.Not Even fully cooked and even after waiting at the store for 30 mins. They gave a cold and uncooked pizza out of oven.

This location added an unauthorized charge to my card the following day after I had already paid for my order. WTH! Who does that!?!?!?!!!!!! The driver was tipped in cash and I guess that wasn't enough. They decided to charge my card with a tip that they wanted.
Absolutely impossible to get through to customer service. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM DOMINOS!!!!
SO MANY CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN TREATED POORLY!

Worst customer service. Picked up 2 Buffalo mac & cheese less than 10min walking out the door they both had bacon. Called store and told manager and the manager said he can't do anything about it ,that I had to buy it again. What does Domino's stand buy, they say customer service but there was the customer service NOT AT ALL. I BUY 2 TO 3 TIMES A WEEK FROM THEM. THEY CAN CHECK MY RECORD AND SEE. THE RATHER LOSE A WEEKLY CUSTOMER THAN FIXING THE PROBLEM. THEY JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. IF I CAN RATE THEM LESS THAN 1 I WILL GIVE THEM -1. I HOPE THE FRANCHISE OWNER EVELUATES THERE EMPLOYEES B4 HIRE TO SEE IF THEY ARE DEDICATED TO THE CUSTOMERS

Received a burnt pizza. When I called the store, the lady was very rude and asked me to come over the next morning because her manager was not on duty. She doesn’t even care to listen to my concern. I had to take back the pizza to show them how bad it was. Finally, she agreed to make another one but with a surprising comment that the pizza looks normal to her. I’ll never order from this store again.

I called and the person that picked up was very very rude. She ended up hanging up on me after she offered delivery and I nicely said it’s ok no thank you. And before I could finish, she hung up. Horrible customer service!!!!
