Not trained on basic knowledge of the gluten free diet. I understand cross contamination is possible due to the nature of the business. However, taking the pizza out of the oven and cutting it with the exact same cutter used to cut a normal pizza show complete lack of care. When we spoke to the person about not wanting the pizza due to the cross contamination they said a manager would have to refund us. They didn't call or go get the manager. They don’t follow the instructions, I ordered large specialty pizza with no cheese on one half and regular cheese on the other side. But they added cheese on the entire pizza. My friend is vegan and it was so disappointing. This is not the first time, it happened earlier. I wanted to give a chance to see if they had improved or not. But it’s the same, I will not order any more pizzas from here.Also noticed, My order was ready before I came into the store. I could see it on the store display. But they made me wait for 10 mins and no one showed up at the counter. Pathetic service!

There pizza is very good but the time online is way off we ordered at like 9:00 and it said it would arrive at our house at 9:25 and we were still waiting at 11:30 and they close at 12:00
I eat here a lot, tonight 2 people working in the store, and 2 drivers, 1 person was making all the food, I didn't get his name. On a busy Saturday this guy made all our food perfect! Thank you for your hard work, my family appreciates it!

The pan pizza ordered was good, but the time given online was way off. Our 20 minute pizza 55 minutes. If you order on a Friday, be prepared to wait a long time.

This location disappoints again. I ordered a pizza online at 8:37. At 9:15 there were still 4 tickets ahead of it. This location has been managed poorly since it opened. They might as well close it if they can't provide satisfactory service.
