Have a love/hate relationship with this Dunkin. Have been three times in the last 3 weeks, twice to get a Hot Chocolate, once on Christmas Day to get Donuts. Both times I ordered Hot Chocolate it was at best Hot water with a tiny amount of chocolate. Have never had this issue at other Dunkins in the area so I dont know what their deal is. Frustrating because the day I got Donuts from this location they were fresh and amazing. Don't understand how a machine that is supposed to make this drink can screw it up so badly.

Man you wouldn't believe the service at this location Cheryl and Erica are 2 of the best mangers I have every seen I eat in alot and I am just amazed they know right where to be they move from mobile to drinks to cook on top of taking order and they build a amazing crew you can see how well they all work together you can hear the little jokes at laughter between all of them some times soooooo amazing. To watch great job Cheryl and Erica you to are the best

Sometimes takes a very long time to get a cup of coffee. Drive thru is frequently blocked by UPS truck at UPS store. The white line where drive thru customers are asked to wait for long taking orders (like a cup of coffee) is too close to the pickup window, making it difficult, sometimes impossible, to pull up to the window while someone is waiting at the line, defeating the purpose of the white line....

I like going to dunkin for my favorite coffee, but I love going to this specific location because of all the amazing people working their. They all know me by name, they work fast and diligently to get my order together and out tge door every single time, and they all do it with a smile and keep me engaged through the entire experience. They make you feel like this large franchise, is a small mom and pop establishment. I own a few of my own businesses, and I would love to take a couple of these employees for my own companies. Honestly, this location makes my morning every time I go... which is 4 to 5 times per week. Management has this place running like a well oiled machine, and the staff is absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10!
