The absolute slowest Dunkin in the three counties I travel. At 6:30am and 4:30pm I've had to regularly pay and pull past the window and wait for a large regular coffee, sometimes with no one ahead of me and/or no one in the store. How ? If there are already cars in the drive thru... Forget it. Drive to Cherokee County. I don't order food because I'm afraid of how long it would take. Come on... For a brand new branch, you guys should be killing it !

I just go there for coffee. Donut seems to be good. But I won't suggest muffins as one of my friends got a muffin which was stale.

Two out of three times that we go this location service gets something wrong. Incorrect vanilla coolattas, putting cheese on sandwiches that were confirmed at time of ordering with no cheese(not great if you're lactose intolerant), swapping out sausage for bacon. I used to love Dunkin, but I'm almost always disappointed by this location.

Today I ordered a large coffee and as soon as I got home I spilled it all on my floor. I went immediately back to Dunkin’ and told them what happened and they literally gave me a replacement drink for free!!!! :’) It made my entire day. Everyone was so sweet at the window as well. I just moved here from ND and I love this location. Everyone is always very nice!!! Thank you to everyone who made my day today!

There were 3 of us who ordered separately and there were a couple of other people in the store. We didn't get our food for 20 minutes at 11am on a Monday?? They made my drink and sandwich and I watched it sit on the counter for 10 minutes before going up and they were just not grabbing my 3 munchkins but kept my now watered down drink and cold sandwich behind the counter. The three other people in the store got their orders before my friend went up to ask about her order and they lost it somehow. They literally said they lost it. The drive thru order screen had only 3 orders on it and there were 6 people in the store so I don't understand how all of our orders were delayed or forgotten. They also did not apologize for the wait either despite it not being busy. Also why does my drink look like this

I just ordered a dozen chocolate covered donuts for a quick meeting. The lady behind the counter super friendly and cheerful. I enjoy speaking to service people with cheerful attitudes. It makes my experience better, and motivates me to give more to them for their hard work. 9/10 would go back.
