This is the worst Dunkin on the planet. Every single time I go here, there is an issue. They constantly mess up your order even when ordering through the drive thru. They make you pull around to the front any time you order food and somehow it takes 15 minutes for 2 items. The staff run in and out through the parking lot traffic praying they pick the correct car to hand the food off too. Just a terrible system.
Today, after waiting 20 minutes and having 3 separate employees come out to ask me what my order was, they had me come inside in the pouring rain to confirm my order and remake it after giving it to someone else.
Things happen and I understand the rush on a Saturday morning. But the manager working was the rudest food service employee I’ve ever met. Somehow blaming me that my food was given to someone else. No apologies, just “well I guess we’ll remake your food.” Constant eye rolling, yelling at the staff to hurry up, just overall horrible person to deal with. 0 responsibility taken for any of the issues they have going on inside. Another customer was having the same exact issue as me and the manager told her “God forbid your food takes an extra 5-10 minutes.” Just ridiculous.
If Dunkin cares at all about this location, send someone in immediately to fix the management at this place.

I hate to say it, but Dunkin’ Donuts is not the same for donuts as it used to be when I was growing up. Too dry and jelly donuts have such a tiny amount of jelly. The munchkins were ok.

Wife and kid waited at the register for like 10 minutes and no one ever took their order. Lady manager looked at the several times and then just left and went to the back. They eventually just left and went to another location. Very strange.

DD app & promos are a joke. Went to McDees for breakfast and while sitting in drive T, I received an email(one of a dozen with this promo): Buy a sandwich or wrap & enjoy med Iced coffee 10/15. It was 10/14, so pulled out of drive T and drive another 6 miles to DD. Stopped on way and ordered Sourdough Sandwich (w/bacon) and proceeded to drive T. Received my SANDWICH, & said to rep(who didn't speak English very well)I ordered this on App & its supposed to come with med Iced coffee, she looked confused and kept saying NO, I showed her my phone & the promo, she left and spoke with manager and stated ( very hard to understand her, but this is all I could make out) No you have to purchase sandwich with something to do with bacon ?? I ordered Sourdough Sandwich w/ bacon, Rep: No it has to be - blah blah bacon, couldn't understand her??? The prom doesn't specify a specific sandwich you have to purchase !!! what a joke and total waist of my time & gas. Going to delete the App its more trouble than it's worth
Walked in, waited in line for 5 minutes the guy before me said he’s been there for 10. They are more focused on the drive through than the 8 customers waiting in line.
Never had a good experience here, food is not what I ordered, drink is always messed up.
Probably won’t go back. Today just irritated me more than anything.
They need to some more serious training.

The SLOWEST dunkin i have EVER been to. I waited in the drive thru AT the window for 15 mins before anybody would give me my drink that was sitting at the window...when I actually got it, it was so watered down from just sitting in the sun.... I understand if you're understaffed, but if it's that bad just close ....
