The SLOWEST dunkin i have EVER been to. I waited in the drive thru AT the window for 15 mins before anybody would give me my drink that was sitting at the window...when I actually got it, it was so watered down from just sitting in the sun.... I understand if you're understaffed, but if it's that bad just close ....

This location started charging $1 for a very small pup cup which seems absurd. Besides that, this location is just 'okay.' Depending on who the manager is that day can really affect the speed of service. Some days it's quick but others it can be very slow and I've noticed that the difference seems to be some managers help their staff and at least one sits around talking while the customer line stacks up.
Love that a Dukin was closer to the house! Only problem is half of the time they are so slow with only 3 cars, or the coffee is either amazing or terrible! Same with the food. 50% 50% if it’s gonna be a good morning or not and I come 6 out of 7 days a week. I also order online half of the time and half of the time I only get half of my order and I have to go and don’t have time to ask for the rest.!

Morning of 7/4/24–11:30-/ what in the world is going on in there?! Every single person in the drive-through was diverted to the parking lot to have their order brought out to them. 20 minutes later— nothing— have to go in and get it yourself. Order was wrong. Couldn’t even get order refunded or fixed. TONS of people working but no one is actually working , 4 customers in drive thru line. Someone come rescue this location.

They got my money but i never received my donuts , waited like an idiot for probably 25-30 minutes still no one there managed to throw them damn donuts in the box and pass them to me...useless

Workers do not acknowledge the customers. They seemed to be busy with the single task at hand. Multitasking seems to be a challenge. It also seems that the drive-through is more important than the lobby.

I order the same thing each time, sesame bagel and instead of telling me they are out, they give me something else without asking me. Out of 10 times, about 6 have been random bagels. Every car in line was told to pull up because our orders weren't ready and there was no room in the parking lot. They shouldn't have a drive-thru. Also, maybe invest in a good old fashioned basic toaster. It shouldn't take 15 mins to get a toasted bagel.

What a joke! After waiting 25 minutes for food and everyone else coming in after getting theirs I walked out. The manager on duty Jorge has absolutely no personal skills and either do any of the girls working. Absolutely disgusted with the way this place is run
