On multiple occasions I have not received what I’ve paid for way more than I would like there should be a level of trust there if I pay for something I expect to get it. I shouldn’t have to drive back after realizing halfway to downtown that they robbed me
But there happened times I’ve accidentally paid for two things. I’ve asked for a refund because I’m not receiving the product. They said they can’t do that but I can come back another day and get it. I came back another day to try to get it and they refused it so I was just essentially robbed Don’t go here if you have any self-respect

I work over at the hospital and order from here constantly with my coworkers. The workers here absolutely wonderful and leave sweet messages on our donut bags when they had to substitute a flavor. They always get our orders correct and get it to us in a quick and timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

The staff can't even say hello, no creating or say "I'll be right with you", nothing. They had 3 separate customers leave....service sucks! The over appearance of the store was an absolute mess, dirty tables, trash on the floor 👎

Never go there again. You have self-respect. These people treat you like garbage. This morning, a rude middle-aged guy at the drive-thru refused to help me with a simple app question, something that would’ve taken him 5 seconds. Instead, he snapped and made me pay with my card, only to make me wait two minutes for my order. To top it off, no napkins with my sandwich. I’ve given this place a chance every year, hoping for improvement—it’s only getting worse. Try the Dunkins at 5870 Cumming Hwy or 521 Peachtree Pkwy instead; they have excellent staff. The owner here has no idea how much better this place could be with a respectful team.

This was the dunkin that was closest to us at the time. We went to get the snackin bacon and a drink. It was 8:03. They close at 9. They told us their oven was turned off when we went through the drive thru so we could not order any food. We left and went to the dunkin on Castleberry Rd and got there at 8:15 and they told us that they keep their ovens on until 9pm when they close, which I believe is what you’re supposed to do. I work in a restaurant and we don’t close up anything or the kitchen until we close right on the dot. I understand maybe they wanted to get stuff clean and get home and be out of there by 9, but that’s not how it works. You close at 9, and that’s when you begin cleaning up. I looked at the reviews after we left and that were bad, so clearly there is something wrong… never going here again.
