I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with customer service at any Dunkin’ location until now. The staff inside the store had an extremely poor attitude and seemed unwilling or unable to listen properly. I had to repeat my order four times—even though I was speaking clearly and standing right in front of them. This wasn’t a drive-thru situation where headset issues could be blamed; it was face-to-face.
I strongly urge management to provide better training on customer interaction and listening skills. Clear communication is a basic expectation, and this experience fell far below that standard.

The worst food, everything is either undercooked or your drink is disgusting. And they laugh at you! Twice I’ve gone there and been laughed at the second I speak. Just get rid of this dunkin.

I have orderd my coffee the same from every location and for whatever reason they always add sugar to mine when I tell them 100times No Sweetner!!! Then bout the 3rd trip back threw the drive threw they tell me all the hazelnut flavor has it in it. Um no cuz no other dunkin has ever had this issue so I gave up and just swapped to a location that didn't force me to have sugar in it
Bagel is burnt with barely any cream cheese. Had to throw away

I am sitting in the Dunkin' today with my kid, having a donut before school. It's busy right now, and the manager just took the time to thank his staff for working hard and managing despite being short-staffed today. More managers should be like this!

Went for ice cream with my daughter and the employee repeatedly asked what kind we wanted after we answered the first time and then went to the register and they had no regular spoons for an ice cream restaurant so they said they had “small spoons” and handed us spoons that they use for samples, so my daughter loved it but I think they need a little help at this store

Just show up right now at 5:30 only to be told the store is closed. Google shows the store opens at five and I see the lights are on and people are inside.

Some of the worst customer service I've encountered in a while.I purchased a midnight roast coffee yesterday afternoon at the drive Thru... regular cream, Splenda and sugar-free hazelnut.I couldn't drink it.I basically had water with cream and sugar free hazelnut in It. I kept it to return today and when I got there, I was told that coffee is white When you put 3 cream in it. all I wanted was a replacement cup of coffee. I was not offered that.
