Only one word describes this place correctly. Gross. It's dirty and I've seen bugs around their food like they pay rent. Only someone as gross as the owners and workers there would consider eating here. Most dunkins have headed in the same directions where its obvious cleanliness is not a priority at all.

I just want to praise this location! I hate to admit publicly that I am a regular Dunkin’ Donuts visitor, but I now only go to one location and it’s this location here off of Bethelview in Cumming Georgia. The customer service is better than anywhere I’ve ever been where management, and employees alike seem to genuinely care about their customers and make it a point to go over and above to provide quality customer service! I also wanna give a special shout out to one employee that seems to have been there for a long time and always makes it a point to come to the window just to say hello, Sabitra, thank you for all you do! In addition, the food is always hot, prepared, accurately, and it’s always given to me by somebody with a smile on their face! Thank you to the ownership and management of this location and I will be a customer here for a very long time!

Ordered decaf lattes twice, and both times they were super watery and just tasted off. I normally actually love their decaf roast and find it strong, however this location apparently makes it different.
The food is okay. I applied here a while back though and was sent an AI generated email denying my application. I expect better than this. Can’t believe they couldn’t get a REAL person to review my application.

If you’re looking for a properly made coffee, avoid this place. They overload every drink with ice, even if you request less. Expect to get only a few sips out of your cup

I placed a mobile order, and upon arrival, they told me they couldn’t give me any of the food due to the ovens being “down”. Not only that, but my drink was wrong and they refused to correct it. When I asked for a refund, they refused and said I had to contact customer service. After days of contact, I’ve still yet to receive a response. Thank goodness I can dispute it with a bank. Overall, the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and terrible service!
