On a road trip, dashed in for coffee and a break from the car. Many highschool/early college looking students in the dining area, all quietly studying and speaking amongst themselves, very polite group! Clean, with no weird smells, clean bathroom also!!! The young server was just a kind as could be!

Not sure why this Dunkin and most others cannot differentiate between sugar packs and sweeteners . I order coffee with sugar packs and they carelessly use sweeteners like splenda which make coffee too sweet and undrinkable. Some one needs to educate employees about delivering what is ordered.

We were studying for an exam, and the worker could clearly see that me and a couple of friends were studying. Some other students were making noise away from us, and the manager kicked us out even though we were clearly studying. We also ordered and were paying customers. One of the other employees also said that we were not doing anything wrong.

We went through the drive through asking for a coffee…. I asked for some pumps in the drink and this guy working named Aiden (?) not sure if that’s how you spell it or if that’s even his real name, he was a brown haired guy, glasses, had a napkin over his ear where the headphone was, he refused us, and started yelling at us when we asked why he couldn’t put the pumps in. He’s obviously very lazy and rushes people heavily. The girl was really sweet and had to apologize to us on his behalf. I feel bad for anyone who has to work with him.

Whoever is the owner now really has this place together! I ordered door dash and I wanted to make sure all our food would be secured so I called first. The person working assured me everything would be sealed and safe and it was! Our food was delivered still warm, ice was still in our cold drinks and it was all packaged so nicely. And whenever we visit the actual store it’s always clean and people are nice. We so appreciate the friendly atmosphere without feeling like it’s forced or too much which is refreshing compared to most places lately 💖
