By far the worst service at any Dunkin location. I’ve place an inside mobile order on two separate occasions. Each time they do not place the orders on the mobile order shelf designated for them. They take the inside orders and your mobile order gets pushed to the bottom of the line. I waited inside for 15+ minutes and kindly tried to get their attention and they ignored me. When I finally could get someone to acknowledge me, they had prepared my order but never called my name nor placed it on the mobile order shelf. It was sitting right at the cashier. The girl who gave me my order was rude, not having any sense of urgency. I understand it gets busy, but to not even acknowledge customers and when you finally do, to make it seem like it extremely inconvenienced you. Service is terrible and they need to be trained.

This Dunkin’ in Cumming is a super convenient stop for a quick coffee and something to snack on. Orders are usually fast, and it’s an easy in-and-out when you’re on the go.
That said, the service is more of a 4/5—generally fine, but not always consistent depending on how busy it is. When the team is on point, everything runs smoothly; other times it can feel a little rushed.
Overall, it’s still a dependable local Dunkin’ for your routine coffee run, just with occasional off moments in customer service.

Went there at 4:45 pm and they barely had any donuts and no Halloween donuts, they told me that this is all they have and they close at 9:00pm, so much for my kids pumpkin carving party

I just stopped by my local Dunkin Donuts and the two young men working were very sweet and helpful. It’s such a hard decision to make once you’re there but the boy who took my order guided me through the whole menu. The English muffin bacon egg and cheese was delightful, the coffee was hot and fresh, and the donuts were so soft and yummy!! Will always be going to this location😃!!
