Clean and quiet.
Always friendly and cheerful when it's way too early in the morning.
It's really too bad when you bring your small children in here for a donut and a coffee and are met with rudeness from Young teenage women that can't remember an order with three items because they don't listen and then throw your stuff on the counter without saying anything the manager here should be aware of this because this is not the first time we have seen this attitude we will not be coming back thanks Dunkin Donuts
Good place to eat in. Doughnuts are ok. Drinks are their calling card now.
Do not go on Sundays. The staff is unprepared to handle a busy morning; for instance, it took 30 min to prepare our food. We asked multiple times where the food was and were told it was being made. It didn't get made until we asked for a refund. The manager tossed our bag of food across the counter at us, after walking away from us when we asked for a refund.
Coffee tasted old. Not the first time
Doughnuts were small and stale.
Rude workers

They seem to put drive-thru and walk-in orders ahead of delivery and online which causes drivers to lose time and money.
I have observed the drive-thru take 20 cars and the kitchen processed food when they tell me my delivery order is "on its way."
Pitiful.
First, there was no one in line so I was surprised by how long it took to fill my small order of a turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant, hash browns and medium tea. I was hoping maybe that meant my food would be hot and fresh when I received it from the two teenaged boys working the drive thru who seemed terrified to speak to real humans and couldn't make eye contact.
Nope. What I did receive was near burnt hash browns that were both cold and greasy and tasted like salty soap and a very burnt croissant that was oddly cold and wet on the bottom center, as if the egg was previously frozen and didn't heat completely when they decided to re-toast a croissant that should have been thrown away.
I should have taken it back instead of attempting to eat it but by the time I had pulled the food from the bag, I was almost to the highway and I was starving. Hence the reason I stopped for food in the first place.
Lessons learned.

In disbelief of the disrespect my parents faced for ordering a simple hot coffee…I’m glad I was witness because I would have never believed anyone could disrespect customers in that matter.

Terrible customer service, rude employees and false advertising

Excellent customer service but quite possibly the worse latte I've ever tasted. It honestly tasted burnt.
Snackin' bacon was limp and undercooked! It sucks to pay for something and then get halfway down the road to realize its inedible.

If you want to know how to ruin a business, just come and look at the #Dunkin donuts in Dawsonville,Ga
It's 9.30 am already 85 ° They have the Umbrellas laying on the floor, instead putting them on the table! I was in the store and 3 customers complained about their order! Look at the restroom! I could go on and on !
