I visit almost every day. Unfortunately, the service and food is inconsistent. Today, both breakfast sandwiches did not include any cream cheese. Prior to this, the bagels included an inch thick of cheddar cheese and was unappetizing. The coffee is never made the same and is inconsistent in taste. My prior coffee order tasted extremely burnt and I don't believe they used oat milk as requested in the notes. There is no way they are reading my notes because there was no cinnamon...
We only stopped by for Latte's on our way to TRIVE | Coworking in the same development, but both my daughter and I were fans. The Lattes were perfect and just how we like them.
Service was Excellent. Coffee's were made when we ordered, so that took about 2-3 minutes (as expected), but while we waited, our server chatted with us and was very friendly.
We'll be coming back for more Lattes and will maybe branch out and try some other of their coffee...

As a Miami native who has had coffee from all over the east coast and even Texas, my husband and I love ellianos and believe it’s some of the best coffee we’ve had. Especially for chain coffee! We highly recommend the Venetian Vanilla and Tuscany Toffee.
