Didn’t include the drink I paid for in my order. They don’t answer their phone at any point of the day. The bare minimum should be to give customers what they paid for. Frustrating to say the least.

We ordered from Grub Hub so we can’t rate service or atmosphere. As far as the sandwiches… MEH 🫤
THE MEAT is the cheaper meat that would get in a local deli that’s an off brand…Gross. Cheese was well, cheese. We thought the bread was too thick for small amount of meat they put in it. The miserable piece of pickle they give you could’ve stayed at the store. Why bother giving a pickle that’s the size of a French fry 🤦🏻‍♀️
We had high hopes for this place as it’s backed and owned by Fireman. But this was a no go for us. Again, the reason why we don’t eat out is because we are always soooo disappointed. They just don’t make really good food anymore. Cheap products, and lack there of. Overpriced processed foods.

Decent sandwiches. I'm a huge fan of the franchise, but not this location. They are the slowest of ANY Firehouse. If you want a sandwich by 6, better order by 4:30. Seriously, no joke. It takes them over an hour just to make a sandwich. They hire cheap kids with no one responsible to hold them accountable. Now if you're standing there and staring them down, they'll just keep on texting and talking until they get around to working. Owner/Boss really needs to show up. Every so often (once a year), I get brave enough to try again, but it's been this way for years. So don't expect fast service here. Maybe someday they'll get more business for better service, but the 2025 test was a failure (again). Of course, my Uber Eats delivery was someone else's order entirely so I never got what I ordered even after they spent all that time making it. ("Steven" on the bag I got. It doesn't change the fact this store just basically sucks at customer service.)

Tried the new French Dip. First, I really like Firehouse Subs. Flavor is great and you get a lot of meat..a lot! However the amount of meat on the new French Dip is very disappointing. There was more cheese than meat. Really. Beware before you order, do not expect more than a fourth of the meat you get on any other sandwich. I love French Dip subs but I will not order this one again.

Just had the new beef dip. It was amazing. The caramelized onions add a sweetness. Had mayo, lettuce and tomato on mine. So, so delicious. The meat was so tender and it stayed tender the hour it took me to eat it. Definitely will have this sandwich again. Keep this one on the menu

Very clean especially at 1pm. The young woman, Megan, who took & prepared our order was extremely kind helpful and pleasant. It’s such a rarity to interact with happy people these days.

staff was very rude and i was told i couldn’t stand at the counter and wait for my food. when i asked them why, i was not given a proper answer at all. absolutely disrespectful.
