I have been to multiple Firehouse Subs; however, I highly recommend going to this locations. The staff is extremely kind, always working to keep the customers happy, and keeping the restaurant clean. The atmosphere is excellent, and they keep it very clean. The food is amazing. My family & I are very picky about what we eat and want or don’t want on our sandwiches and they never make a mistake. This is an excellent place to go to for lunch or dinner and receive excellent food and service!!

HORRIBLE!!! Came in around 8:45p.m on 8/9/23. As soon as I walked in the staff member told another staff member to lock the door at 8:50pm when they close at 9pm. The lady taking my order was very rude and I asked for extra pickles she told me they had ran out of pickles with an attitude. I didn't believe they were out instead I think she said that because she wanted to go home. The man making my sandwich was on the phone the whole time. 2 Gentlemen walked in shortly after me and the man told them they were closed with a stern voice. Definitely will not be coming here anymore.

Vegetarian options: My veteran bomb squad can only eat veggie patties he rolls around on all four wheels more efficiently with veggie patties idk why but it's just his preference so not only is there no accessiblilty for him and I have to carry him in the restaurant but when I get inside he can't even have a meal of his own

Parking: My veteran bomb squad dog struggles rolling him self across miles of hot pavement

Kid-friendliness: My 8 yr old was given a firehat and told don't worry kid you'll never be a fireman one day you'll be stuck working somewhere like here with low wages the rest of your life you might as well give up why you can champ.

Wheelchair accessibility: Firehouse in bethel view didn't have a wheelchair accessible ramp for my veteran bomb squad dog he lost all 4 of his legs fighting for our nations freedom

I want to give 5 stars, because I used to love sandwiches here and people are very nice and place is clean. However, the last 4 sandwiches that my husband has picked up for me, have not been right. He is very specific with them about my gluten allergy (so no mayo in case spreader has been used on bread containing wheat). He says extra lettuce, pepper jack cheese, vinegar & spices, turkey, no mayo, and Do Not Heat, on GF bread. So, the resulting sandwich has had at least a few things NOT RIGHT every time lately, i.e.; little to no lettuce, heated; heated so lettuce wilted, no cheese or cheese melted off, mayo on it so I take benedryl to help mitigate my reaction in case spreader had touched wheat bread prior to using on mine; or no vinegar, no spices, etc. Couple times I just couldn't eat the sandwich! He shouldn't have to double check sandwich every time. He's very busy with work, as I am. Is the person taking the order not capturing details given by customer? Or are the sandwich preparers not bothering to pay attention to the order details? do they care? I want this place to do well! I may have to stop getting lunch from here if nothing improves.

Came in at 3pm. No other guests. The employees were professional and helpful. As I enjoyed my perfectly created sand which the staff were cleaning tables and sweeping the floor

Only white guest were greeted with "WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE!" ..the rest of us just received a silly smerk/grin.
