Came in almost an hour till closing tonight and the workers already had pre closed and were not very welcoming or happy when we came in. The workers all had an attitude like they did not want to be there. Two others came in shortly after us and treated them the same threw their hands up and rolled their eyes. Very disappointed in service and employees working very unprofessional and rude.

We love q good firehouse sub! The whole toasted bread thing is what makes it so tasty and delicious. We spent $35 and got home with sub par subs. Not toasted and seemed like we were eating subs that were 2 hours old. Tried calling twice, no one answers.
Won't be back.

My order is never right or complete. Also why did I have jalapeños on the bottom of my mac n cheese. It wasn't even chopped. Just entire slices all the way at the bottom. Might have been better chopped just saying. Im not giving 5 stars to the attitude I got from the young man for attempting to ask if the brownies are in the bag. Ehhh missed the lady who use to work the front counter.

I tried to call to not do this publicly, but your phone was not answered and your voicemail is full.

Nothing like getting to your picnic with a healthy salad and have NO forks nor dressing for the salad. That level of service is not acceptable.

Always fresh and the bread is soft and is so good while other places are stale and hard. The amount of ingredients is good they make it worth the money considering how prices have gone up on everything

I have been to multiple Firehouse Subs; however, I highly recommend going to this locations. The staff is extremely kind, always working to keep the customers happy, and keeping the restaurant clean. The atmosphere is excellent, and they keep it very clean. The food is amazing. My family & I are very picky about what we eat and want or don’t want on our sandwiches and they never make a mistake. This is an excellent place to go to for lunch or dinner and receive excellent food and service!!
