Update: they never even emailed me back? We've been here once before and it was great, however this morning we came in for my dad's birthday and every single one of our dishes was a miss. My poached eggs were overcooked (solid yolks), the hash was incredibly oversalted, the waffle was soggy, and the grits were greasy but not creamy. They don't serve real butter or maple syrup. Overall our experiences have been inconsistent enough for me not to come back. The Johns Creek location was better.

This place is packed on weekend. Server was great. The food is good. Great vegetarian sandwich, little pricey. Portion is good. Parking limited. Wait line could be long. Indoor and outdoor sitting. We sat outside and were followed by a bee. So be cautious ⚠️.

The food was amazing, and the waiter did a great job taking care of our table.
The complaint is about seating us. We came in and there was a line of ppl that wanted to be put on the waitlist. All 3 ppl before us were requesting a table for 2 parties. When our time came in, I put our names on the list, and we were informed that the wait time is 15min (we were also party of 2). I noticed ppl that were right in front of me putting their name on the list were seated few minutes after I put our name on. After that, there were multiple ppl coming in. At some point, I noticed that there were other ppl being seated instead of us even though we were the next in line. When I asked the guy what the progress was on our seating, he said we are 2nd in line.... overall we were waiting around 30 minutes, so it's not bad, but it's just annoying that other ppl were let ahead of us.

Our family LOVES First Watch Cumming! The manager and staff are always welcoming. We love sitting in Hamzas section. He is friendly and on top of things. We have toddlers and there are plenty of healthy food options for them that aren’t pricey. We can have a delicious, healthy meal and not break the bank. The million dollar bacon is yummy! This is a well run restaurant!
Dietary restrictions: I am gluten and dairy free and always have plenty of options to choose from.
2nd time being at this restaurant and loved it. The waitress (wearing a black rimmed glasses) she's such a sweetheart, great personality. The dish I ordered (Parma skillet hash) is awesome. I didn't realize I can be that full (in a great way). A+++. I am GOOOooooOooooooooOoooOoOoood for the rest of today.

A very nice place to have a great breakfast! The food is really good! I had a Monterey Club sandwich and it was great! I asked for coffee and milk and they brought the coffee carafe and the milk separately. My only suggestion is to warm the milk a little bit. But overall it was a good experience! I'm definitely coming back!

Always the best food and service! Update: Removed a star for service because they used to have the option to reverse through Google and you were able to see where in line you were and they removed the option. That was a very convenient service they used to have.
