Absolutely great dishes only thing they have raised their prices and drinks are over priced. Price raising seems to be everytime you turn around. A plain iced tea is now $3.99 nothing But gouging in my opinion. Well went back to see if you really care about your customers but Iced tea still $3.99. I will never pay for an iced tea again I will bring my own flavoring and order water with lemon and I suggest if other people would follow maybe these owners would get the message. food is still great but $40 for breakfast all because of the over priced non alcoholic iced tea really hits a bad vibe.

Always enjoy Sunday morning breakfast at this location. Morning meditation juice is amazing every time. Service is always great, even when busy.

First time visiting the First Watch here in Cumming, even though my wife Michele and I have been to several locations over the years — and this one did not disappoint.
Our server, Alley, did an exceptional job taking care of us from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our visit feel welcomed. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and busy in all the right ways.
The food was excellent. I ordered the Trifecta and substituted the French toast — two thick slices, perfectly cooked. Michele had the Bacado Omelet, and she loved it. We were halfway through our plates before I realized I hadn’t taken pictures… it looked so good when it hit the table that we just dug in.
Great service, great atmosphere, and consistently great food. Five stars all the way.

Thoroughly mediocre. They seem afraid of seasoning. Am omelet with so little cheese it's actively falling apart and has no flavor, overcooked eggs with avocado toast that only has avocado with no seasoning or flavoring, and an atmosphere that consists of tightly packed tables so you can barely hear yourself think over the roar of other conversations.
