Enjoyed some Vegan Pho here. The service has much to be desired. Walked in and was told to find a table and he brought us menus then told us to go and put our order in ourselves when we were ready. I quickly said we would like some vegan pho with tofu and spring rolls. He pointed to the self service machine. I fumbled around putting my order in and could not find the spring rolls. The menu did not state if the house made noodles were vegan and I could not find the guy to ask so had to submit it without knowing. It was not very personable or cozy and there was only one other party in the restaurant who already had their food. My husband found the guy and made him order the spring rolls for us and when our food came I confirmed the house noodles were vegan. The food was good but the lack of service does not make us want to run back. Dining out should be an experience and it would not have taken much for this guy to help me figure out the machine to put our order in effortlessly. While we ate our lunch he sat down and ate also so maybe he had a long day himself but still no excuse for this when our meal was not cheap. It was this past rainy Saturday and wish I could say I found my spot for pho! Cute little shopping center.

The crispy rolls were delicious and freshly made. Chicken pho was outstanding, one of the best we've had! Asked for veggie pho with beef broth - delicious! Definitely coming back.

Overpriced. Service was not attentive. Food tasted good but the people working there didn't seem to be familiar with the menu at all. When we asked for the rare beef to be served on the side, they looked at us like we had two heads.

The food is delicious every time we eat here, and we love that it's more "clean" eating than other restaurants. The dishes are simple, yet full of flavor. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

We arrived about 3:30 PM on a week day and it was empty till about 3:40 PM when school let out and the teenagers showed up. Before their arrival the ambiance was super chill and comfortable. The service was great our waiter was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food came hot and fast. The Pho was alright, I feel like the broth could have been stronger. Overall, a solid experience.
I would like to update my review. I tried Gaos noodles a second time and was very pleased with my food! It came out quick, hot and delicious! In the past, it was Luke warm and the broth was oily. This time ingredients were fresh and everything tasted great! Definitely will return!

Came here on a cold Sunday afternoon and the food was so delicious and warming, as was the service.I tried the Rocket Shrimp, Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, and the Hot and Sour Seafood Noodle Soup. Rocket Shrimp are one of my favorite appetizers and the Rocket Shrimp here did not disappoint. Perfectly fried with the right amount of onion and flavor wrapped into that wonton.The Grilled Pork Spring Roll was great. The pork was delicious and the rolls heartily filled with noodles, bean sprouts, lettuce and pork.The Hot and Sour Seafood Noodle Soup was FANTASTIC! Think Tom Yum soup with seafood and herbs. I added meatballs to mine and they too were delicious!I also ended my meal with a Black Milk Boba Tea and it was delicious. Not too sweet like other places make.I will definitely be back here to try other items.

Since becoming vegetarian, it's been really hard to find a place that doesn't just use vegetable broth from a carton or one with any flavor. This place exceeded our expectations, the vegetarian pho with home made broth was amazing, so much flavor. We will be back for sure, highly recommend.

For the Cumming area this is definitely the best you will find. Beats Pure Pho hands down. Hits the spot when you're craving Pho. The service is great and friendly. Great little gem in a community with little Vietnamese options. Get the house made fresh noodle options and you will not be disappointed.
