Ate here for the first time and I could cry that I haven’t been sooner. This was the best burger I’ve ever had with the best flavors. Everything was so good and the fries were amazing too! I can’t wait to go back!

I was excited about the gluten free bread and pasture raised beef.
Disappointment came fast. The cashier totally messed up my husband’s order and after he received the food and complained they didn’t say anything, didn’t give a refund or even made the correct burger. The manager came back with a voucher for next time after the fact.
My burger was nothing extraordinary. The GF bread was more like a biscuit and the beef was tough. The truffle fries were super salty.
We won’t be coming back!

If you order a burger without onions or without a certain sauce, or something on the side, it does not matter. Whoever works in the kitchen does not recognize your order and they're going to make it however they want.

Their milkshakes are way too rich. It’s like they put 10X the chocolate syrup required to make a chocolate milkshake and tasted disgusting.

Last two times we ate there the food wasn't as good as it was the first 2 times. Very let down. Food seemed super greasy and not as flavorful.

I've come here too many times and the experience is rarely good. On different visits I've been overcharged for for bison, service take forever, received raw food, and the most recent time they had no drinks other than tea. They told me we could choose between lemonade or tea as they had no carbonation but when I went to get lemonade, it was out. So was stuck with tea which the kids didn't want. No offer to reimburse me or even give me something toward my next visit. I'm done coming here and you should avoid if you want to avoid situations like I've had. Took me long enough but I've learned my lesson.

The Doddy Melt was ok, but definitely not worth $13.50! And that was just for the sandwich! If you want fries, that's ANOTHER $3.95! ?
The fries were SUPER SALTY! ?
The Tossed Tenders were ok, but 4 tenders for $11.75??? ?
The sweet tea and unsweet tea tasted exactly the same. ?
The Kale Caesar Salad had so much parmesan cheese in it that you couldn't taste anything else. ?
Lunch for 2 came out to $53.00!! ?
Needless to say, we will NOT be back!! ?

This is a great place. Had the double bac on jam. One of the best burgers I've had in a while. Truffle fries are a really good side..

Decent burger. Not the worst, not the best. Good fries. Staff was super friendly. I live close to Burger Fi and I would choose that over Hopdoddy.
