I went here yesterday around 12:30 with my son.. I walked in and we went to the cashier. We stood there for about a minute and a half maybe 2 minutes and the lady never said anything to me and she didnt even look at me. I figured I had to say something so I said ok, I am ready. The cashier then turned around and left. There was another lady cleaning where the food goes, even though it was spotless she cleaned it over and over for about 2 or 3 minutes, never said anything to me. Then she yelled for a guy to come up front. The guy came up front, unlocked a register and started to walk away, the lady asked him to take our order. He NEVER said a single word to me, not may I help you, what would you like, LITERALLY NOTHING!!! I ordered, he never said my total, I looked at him to see if I needed to put my card in, he never said anything. I saw I needed to put my card in, I paid, he never said it went through, never handed me a receipt, he just started pressing buttons over and over on the register. When my food came out the lady put it on the counter, never said a word to me, never said here is your order, thank you, NOTHING!!! Very unwelcoming and awkward places I have ever been too!!!

I realize the Hardee’s location has recently had new owners. However there are problems at this location. They don’t always open on time or don’t have things ready for what you want to order. Example - this morning, stopped there as I do often, and no eggs. Only sausage biscuits. Most of the time I get” our service won’t be ready for 15, 30 minutes. You can’t continue operating like this if you want customers to return.

Oh my gosh....what an absolutely incredible and oh so delightful experience that I had at Hardee's on Thursday. I often go there for there so scrumptious and so very tasty country ham biscuits, but this experience really went over the top in terms of absolute customer service. First off, the restaurant's service is always so nice and they are always go out of their way to be so kind. It's exactly in terms of the South that they call cornbread and chicken service. Ethan was so very delightful in wonderful and so nice in taking my order so very efficiently and expeditiously. The drive through manager, Jennifer, was also so wonderful and so very nice at the drive through greeting me, etc. They were all so great! I will definitely continue to go back to Hardee's for their wonderful down home service and so tasty food. Thank you so much!

Typically, they are on point, but the last few visits have been horrible. Either food has been overcooked, cold, made wrong, and a couple of times missing. This morning was no different. Had to go back through the line and get my hashbrowns, got home and they were cold and my sausage on my biscuit was way overcooked near burnt.

I was super bummed to get a Frisco burger today (it’s the ONLY reason I go to Hardee’s) and find the patty was small and burnt. This used to be a delicious, thick burger I would splurge on every once in awhile. Very disappointed. Drive thru service was quick and polite, waaaay faster than the last time I came through a few months ago, but the burger wasn’t worth stopping for I’m sorry to say.

Decide to try the hardee's out the sign outside said under new management, i pulled in to the drive through at 9:52 with 4 cars ahead of me as time went on people just kept pulling out of line and driving off. Finally at 10:27 i finally pulled out of the drive through line and drove around the parking lot , listening to their customers outside complain. I was still hungry so I went up the street to Burger King where everyone was fantastic i ordered my food and received it promptly.
