I realize the Hardee’s location has recently had new owners. However there are problems at this location. They don’t always open on time or don’t have things ready for what you want to order. Example - this morning, stopped there as I do often, and no eggs. Only sausage biscuits. Most of the time I get” our service won’t be ready for 15, 30 minutes. Oh my gosh....what an absolutely incredible and oh so delightful experience that I had at Hardee's on Thursday. I often go there for there so scrumptious and so very tasty country ham biscuits, but this experience really went over the top in terms of absolute customer service. First off, the restaurant's service is always so nice and they are always go out of their way to be so kind. It's exactly in terms of the South that they call cornbread and chicken service....

I was super bummed to get a Frisco burger today (it’s the ONLY reason I go to Hardee’s) and find the patty was small and burnt. This used to be a delicious, thick burger I would splurge on every once in awhile. Very disappointed. Drive thru service was quick and polite, waaaay faster than the last time I came through a few months ago, but the burger wasn’t worth stopping for I’m sorry to say.
