I had such a great experience at Hardee’s! The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was top-notch. A big shoutout to the GM, Nyvia, for running such a well-organized and friendly store. You can really tell she cares about both her team and the customers. The staff here always greets you with a smile, and it’s clear they value making people feel welcome. This location definitely has some of the best customer service around—keep up the great work!

I realize the Hardee’s location has recently had new owners. However there are problems at this location. They don’t always open on time or don’t have things ready for what you want to order. Example - this morning, stopped there as I do often, and no eggs. Only sausage biscuits. Most of the time I get” our service won’t be ready for 15, 30 minutes. You can’t continue operating like this if you want customers to...

Oh my gosh....what an absolutely incredible and oh so delightful experience that I had at Hardee's on Thursday. I often go there for there so scrumptious and so very tasty country ham biscuits, but this experience really went over the top in terms of absolute customer service. First off, the restaurant's service is always so nice and they are always go out of their way to be so kind. It's exactly in terms of the South that they call cornbread and chicken service....
