Hibachi Express

Since moving to the area, my husband and I have frequented Hibachi Express. One day in particular, I was waiting for the food to reach the window. I started reading an email and didn’t notice the cashier waiting to give me my food. Her demeanor was totally different than all of the “friendliness” prior. It was only a matter of about 3 seconds of me not realizing she was there. Then when I used the wrong hand to grab food and I couldn’t reach it at first before switching hands, she was impatient and giving irritated faces. Even my seven year old mentioned it. Goes to show that all that friendliness is disingenuous.

I came here to eat two times and not once was I acknowledged. The customer service at this location is horrible and it may also be discriminatory considering the fact that it’s a Japanese restaurant you’d think they would be a little better about that? If I could give 0 stars I would

Dumplins are good but the general tso's just fry chiken with salsa on it. Not a piece of veggie.

My wings was dry , and the hibachi Chicken was dry also rice plain no Season just awful just like the service. Please go somewhere else!!!!! The person in drive-thur was so rude, and the other’s that was work with her didn’t even try to Assit!

They get the job done

Picked up a Land Lover and Egg Roll Soda combo. Everything about this meal was amazing. Price point, quality, atmosphere, and customer service. I highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Fast, friendly, good food, it's always consistent

My very first visit today, I got two orders of the teriyaki chicken bowl. The employees were super nice, but I have to tell the truth. The chicken chunks were extremely tough. The veggies & rice were okay. We might give it another try.

Food was good staff was attentive and polite

I have several food intolerances and they were so accommodating and polite. They were able to substitute fried rice for steam rice, no soy sauce on the food and no MSG! I was so excited I could actually enjoy the japanese food!!! Also, with just general seasoning that they used the food was absolutely amazing with a lot of flavor! They were So helpful! I have a difficult time eating at restaurants because there’s so many food items I cannot tolerate! But this is definitely one I can return to over and over again ?
