Went on a tuesday to order 2 hams for a christmas dinner. Called to order during business hours and no answer for 3 hours after their advertised opening. Took time out of my day to go to the store and order only to be told by the very rude young lady working the counter that they couldnt take my order in person that I had to order online. Absolutly rediculous. It took me 25 minutes to order 2 hams online as the app was not working correctly. I'm not sure what happened to this honey baked ham store of if this kind of terrible service is company wide, but this place has gone to the dogs. Honey baked ham is a national brand, how about getting it together. Too bad gen Z has the upper hand in entry level positions and the big corps are having to bend a knee to them with 0 work ethics.

I am struggling with if I should say this on a forum, when I came in and the staff that is at this location are hard to describe a smile from one cashier, but the 2 males working there seemed very unhygienic, messy not clean hair a mess, I saw no hair nets, I was glad that what we were picking up was desserts already packaged in boxes, your staff doesn't look clean by any means, have they not slept ot showered in a bit? How about a comb through some hair, I believe ones name was Logan who yawned really large while he was helping get a ham for someone else. You may want to increase your standards. If door dash is available I will be using that in the future.

Absolute HORRIBLE service!! We got there at 6pm. Website says they close at 6:30. Doors were already locked. Kid by the name of Logan looked right at us from inside and walked to the back of the store. We tried the exit doors and they were unlocked so we walked in. He finally walks to the front of the store and says, “were you at the doors? I didn’t see you.” Umm, you looked right at us!! We proceed to place our order and then out walked 2 other employees from the back. Logan ( we only noticed his name tag on his hat, we didn’t catch the other names) announces to them, “Our last sale of the evening!” Mind you it is only a little after 6 and they’re advertised to close at 6:30, then the older lady elbows the younger lady to remove her vape from the counter top. They were all so very unprofessional and rude! They were obviously in the back smoking and attempting to close shop early. We drove half hour to get there. If your sign says open till 6:30 then why are you closing sooner?!

I volunteer for the Humane Society and we’ve been searching for a lost dog in the Market Place area this week. The folks here were kind enough to donate a large bag of scraps to help us keep the traps full. Five stars for their amazing generosity!

Nice people. If you like honey baked product, this is a solid unit. Look for offers which make it a better value. A bit pricey for lunch/sandwich fare but it is honey baked.
We ordered to go. The turkey slices 5 stars. Tuscan Broccoli 1 star. It comes frozen and it’s just disgusting. We also got the scalloped potatoes which also come frozen. I would give potatoes 3 stars. I would not get sides!! Stick to the turkey.

This was absolutely amazing. The employees were very friendly and fast, and the food they make is just so good. I ate so much ham after buying some, if you want to live a happy life, you must go here at least once.

This place is top notch! I ordered a large order for a work event. Allen called me right after I placed the order to confirm everything with me and to go over exactly what I needed. Allen was very kind and professional. The day prior to the pick up, Allen called back and wanted to confirm that I ordered enough broccoli salad. He said he didn't think it would feed the amount of people that I had coming to my event. I tripled my ordered and Allen saved the day! Additionally, Allen allowed me to pick up my order earlier than the store opening hours. This was impeccable customer service and Allen was so kind. Everyone LOVED the food and kept going back for more sandwiches. I will recommend this location to all my friends and I will be ordering from here in the future.
