I went to this location yesterday afternoon. I ordered mozzarella sticks. The order arrived at the table and notice a piece of bacon at the bottom of the bowl. I thought weird. Ok. Then country fried steak comes out. I asked for extra gravy. The server brings this out. But the plate was dirty with sauce on the rim of the plate. Not gravy. I actually now have lost my appetite. 2 dirty dishes. The server never came back to check on food. I already asked for napkins. I had to get up and find napkins and the manager. I needed to go containers. Once I place my food in the To go container. I realized my plate was dirty. It had cheddar cheese on the bottom smushed in. My order was country fried steak and a side of potato’s. No cheddar cheese should be on this plate. But it was another dirty plate re used. They remade my order to go. Once the manager was helping she took off the cheese sticks because of a dirty plate. But did not address the real dirty plate of my country fried steak. It was a dirty dish served with new food on it. Gross. She was nice and helpful, but the server never returned to the table. I just wanted to go and eat and enjoy my other previous dinning experiences. It was just one thing after another. Very disappointed and will not return to this location.

It seemed like forever before we received our food.The food was good.It would had been nice if my server understood the concept of pre-bussing. We sat there for 8 minutes before the server approached our table. He saw us when we came and sat down but was to busy playing on his phone. I notice several other servers were also standing up front by the kitchen doing the same. It will be awhile or never before I venture back into that establishment.

Very negative energy. Dian looked me up and down as I entered the restaurant and did not say a word to me except when I asked for her name… She was very friendly with her Caucasian customers but expressed a bitterness and a you are not welcome here behavior towards me! I will leave all vengeance to The Most High. She is already CURSED!!!!! I will never return!

Love the IHOP! The staff are always been quick to deliver great service. They handle the waiting queue very well and are efficient with it. Food is great obviously not michelín level but its a great spot to frequent for breakfast. Its great for groups or large families.

Me and my son came to this Ihop on a friday night and the minute we stepped into the restaurant it smelled like sewer. I’m not sure if they are having a plumbing issue, but this is going to push customers away and if we return and the smell is still adamant we will be leaving. The food is great, but I refuse to eat in a place that has such a foul smell.

I'll admit... we've traditionally been a WAHO fans. Not anymore. Our morning with Jackie at the GA400 Marketplace IHOP was the best service I've experienced. Even after I kicked over her cleaning bucket and sat in the wrong section, Jackie made sure we felt welcome and were cared for as a top priority amidst a busy morning. I find this hard to admit, but even the special hashbrown ingredients Jackie recommended were the best I've had... and I'm picky! Hands down best experience, we are customers for life. Looking forward to the next time soon.
Discovered the senior sampler today. Great value and just the right amount of food. My server was Julie W. She was EXCELLENT! Very engaging and prompt with a sense of humor. All I-Hop experiences should be this good.

Soon as we sat down, we were asked if we wanted orange juice and we said yes, not looking at the menu saying that orange juice is $5 a glass which we would never have ordered.Had we had a minute to look at the menu. $56 later for 2 people with coffee at almost $5 a cup.Do not think we will be returning here again.

Food was okay, prices have increased a lot!10.99 for 3 pancakes 😣 They have a new system, you have to log your name into a kiosk when you arrive, no more hostess stand. Manager was nice and our waitress was very attentive and fast. Cleanliness was an issue though, not sure they would have passed an inspection.
