We just visited this location this evening from out of town for a soccer tournament. Our waiter’s name was Benjamin, he was the best. He wouldn’t walk by without asking us if we needed anything and if we were enjoying our food! He was so sweet. When it came time to pay the check, my husband noticed his pen and said it was a nice pen. Benjamin handed his pen to my husband and said keep it, it’s yours! He thanked us for cleaning up the table as we always do because why not! IHOP please do all you can to keep Benjamin he’s a real gem! 💎 thank you, Benjamin! The next time we are in Cumming, we will come and see you!
Kid-friendliness: My daughter enjoyed the hot chocolate and she likes to feel fancy so she asked for whipped cream. The waiter said he could add caramel drizzle for extra fancy! My daughter kindly declined but enjoyed her hot chocolate on this cold night! Also, the French toast sticks off the kid menu with chocolate sauce, my daughter gave it thumbs up! 👍🏼 👍🏽

The food and the staff are excellent but their manager has a policy where you can't sit until your entire party arrives. This is idiotic to do as you can order drinks and get an appetizer to eat while waiting on the rest of the party to arrive. A lot of people would just leave and go somewhere else to eat. I actually told my mother that we should go to waffle House across the street since they would let her sit at a table.
Food is 1 star. I asked for a fajita omelette and there were 3 small freezer burnt pieces of chicken inside the omlette and no cheese. Later that day, I did not feel well. Will not be returning. Now, the servers were very helpful and great as far as customer service but the cook needs to work on the ratio of what they put in omelettes. Not having anything in the omlette, when it supposed to be filled with cheese and chicken-- it was disappointing. I left hungry and ended up going elsewhere-- which was Eggs Up, which is not cheap with their fillings.

There were ants crawling all along the window, our table, the wall, the seats, etc. The young lady who was our waitress was very nice, though. I really don't want to eat here again because it's just so gross.

Prices have become ridiculous. Service was excellent but had run-in with manager. Had a pumpkin special clearly documented by the internet and he refused to honor it. Having 2nd thoughts about returning.
