Fantastic place for breakfast. Some people have a debate between whether Waffle House or IHOP are better. I think IHOP definitely has its perks like a more varied and diverse menu with a bit of a cleaner atmosphere.

Hands down best ihop I have been in years. We entered near the closing time and staff were busy cleaning for the day. There was no rush to get us in and out. I felt welcomed. The food was amazing and the service was top notch.

There was only one server and she seems to be busy it was 10pm. Hardly one family was there inside and the server was busy doing something in the computer. First I thought there was something wrong with the other family’s bill but when we actually got place to sit which was exactly next to the other family that was when I came to know that they were also waiting to place the order as after we sat down, she started taking their order. before that when we were waiting at waiting area for more then 10mins-15mins as I was having my two daughters with me, my husband went inside to inform that we are waiting to be seated, thinking that restaurant was empty and it was 10pm so she might think no customers would come but the closing time was 12:00am after all this when he actually asked her excuse me she would mind to turn around and acknowledge as well as she was still busy with the computer. Anyways the food was good My only problem here is at least acknowledge that they are aware the customer is waiting that too when the restaurant is completely empty. Also one thing is common in restaurants that whenever it’s time to pay the bill the server’s would be good to us as they expect us to pay tip eventually even if we are not happy we pay the tip as we don’t want them to get disappointed.

We just visited this location this evening from out of town for a soccer tournament. Our waiter’s name was Benjamin, he was the best. He wouldn’t walk by without asking us if we needed anything and if we were enjoying our food! He was so sweet. When it came time to pay the check, my husband noticed his pen and said it was a nice pen. Benjamin handed his pen to my husband and said keep it, it’s yours! He thanked us for cleaning up the table as we always do because why not! IHOP please do all you can to keep Benjamin he’s a real gem! 💎 thank you, Benjamin! The next time we are in Cumming, we will come and see you!
Kid-friendliness: My daughter enjoyed the hot chocolate and she likes to feel fancy so she asked for whipped cream. The waiter said he could add caramel drizzle for extra fancy! My daughter kindly declined but enjoyed her hot chocolate on this cold night! Also, the French toast sticks off the kid menu with chocolate sauce, my daughter gave it thumbs up! 👍🏼 👍🏽
