First issue is received the wrong order and had to drive back to get the correct one. Found plastic wrap in my Sandwhich after I received the correct order. Had to throw away the food. Wasted money. Very disappointed.

I don’t see the issue. Other reviews are talking about them being rude but what are you expecting. It’s a Jersey Mikes not a find dining restaurant. Came in at 12:40p and had food by 12:47.

I absolutely love these subs but hate the people working there, rude not friendly and they don’t take their job seriously. I don’t understand do they not get the proper training ? Are they not trained to be polite and efficient? Please stop having kids train other kids to work 🤦🏻‍♀️ the guy make my sandwich I payed I’m still waiting for him to wrap it up I put my hand out to grab it that same second he turns around and starts talking to the female with black hair and totally makes me wait like 40 seconds to hand me the damn sandwich stop chatting around and do your job. It’s not that hard to make a sandwich I truly love Jersey Mikes but the staff need to be better because this isn’t the first time this has happened to me.

Just want to give a big shout-out to Rob. He was the only one working the first shift on a Saturday. He had an incredibly positive attitude and was so very kind to everyone who entered. He let us know in advance that he was by himself when we walked in. I will most definitely be coming back and hope to see Rob again! He deserves special praise by his boss.

Gotta love ordering a sandwich only to wait 15 mins to get the wrong sandwich. You all look so confused, if you’d service one customer at a time you wouldn’t get so lost on whose sandwich is whose. Instead of giving mine away to someone who came in 10 mins after me.

AVOID! Unfortunately, there's no option for 0 stars. Waited 15 minutes and finally left without a sandwich while they spent their time focusing on a problem customer who was trying to pay part of his order with the tip he had applied on an online order. I was about to offer $5 of my own money to resolve it for him, but thought, why didn't management do it on behalf of the rest odmf us? They didn't acknowledge the people in line or apologize or do anything to rectify the situation for the other customers. Horrible customer service.

Sandwich was delicious!!!! Bread was fantastic. The gentlemen that made my sub made my day! He helped me out gave me his opinions on what I should add to my sub. Loved it here! Will be back! Definitely the best customer service I’ve came across in a while .

Last time my family went there, we waited for 20mins & absolutely no one came out. I called later & they said they were taking out the trash. Sandwiches haven’t been that great either for a while now. We won’t be back.

I arrived to pick up an Uber Eats order and had already been waiting for 10 minutes when six other customers walked in. The staff served all six of them before preparing my order, even though mine was placed well before theirs. It’s frustrating that they seem to prioritize in-person customers over online orders, making delivery drivers wait unnecessarily. In total, I waited 30 minutes for a simple pickup. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location.
