Ordered a deliver order that consisted of 3 sandwiches, 4 bags of chips and 3 waters. Driver delivered only sandwiches. Said he was never given the other items. I called the store and spoke with a Kaylee maybe.. she told me I could come pick up the items. (I don’t have access to a car right this second which was why I had it delivered). She said she could refund but that they are really busy right now. I asked who the manager is and she told me his name. I asked who the manager was right now that was working and she said there isn’t one and hung up on me. Very upset with the interaction.

I recently visited this location. I quickly noticed how clean it was and how nice and friendly Kendra and Ali were. I ordered the steak philly and baby when I tell you Ali did her thing with that sub!! It was sooo good I had to call the store and tell her how freaking delicious it was! I'm from Philly and it took me right back home with the taste. I've ordered from a few Jersey Mikes in the past before but this location is a perfect 10 across the board!!!! Thank you ladies!!!❤️❤️

I appreciate their having gluten free rolls for the sandwiches. Of course it won't be quite the same but they are not bad. At a $2 upcharge I won't get that often but sometimes a "real" sandwich is nice. The side salad was fine.

This used to be my favorite! But today the food wasn't all that good and while we we're eating, this lady came in with her dog. It was in a tote bag, so she was holding it right at the chips. The employee was talking to her as if this was a regular thing. My husband asked after she left and they pretended they didn't see a thing. This is unsanitary and rude! This ruined what used to be a good restaurant!
