My partner called to place an order, the lady on the phone said there was a 6 inch and a 12 inch sub when we had asked about sizes. So my boyfriend said 2 subs of the 12 inches. I get there to pick it up and had to wait 15 more minutes after the order was placed 15 minutes before arriving. When they were done, I was handed the bag and the girl walked away to help other customers. They weren’t going to charge me. I could have walked away and not paid but I had to tell them that it needed to get paid and she came over to charge me. I get home and my boyfriend’s CLUB sandwich had no tomatoes and no bacon. This store needs more training. We were misinformed about the sizes. We did no agree to the giant sizes but it was made already so I paid for it. I was not satisfied with my order. I will not be coming back.

So I think I've eaten at Jersey Mike's one time in my life. We were headed into Publix and my wife was hungry so we stopped in and ate. She has Celiacs disease and was going to just get a sub in a tub. To her surprise they had GF bread AND the guys got fresh knives out to make her sandwich. Obviously they were well trained and we appreciate it! Definitely will be back!

The team tonight was excellent! I walked in and was greeted immediately. The young man taking my order hadn’t heard of the “#99” so I explained it to him briefly. First time he’s ever made it and it was the best #99 I’ve had in a while! Also the young lady who ringed me out was able to help with an issue with a promo code. Super helpful. This my New Jersey Mike’s. I’ll be back!

Great experience! My first time at a Jersey Mike's and the subs are awesome, everything was so fresh! The staff was super friendly today even when I changed my order. So glad we have one close to us now, never going to Subway again.
