Crap location here. The kids y’all got working in there are up to no good. Used to the drive thru today and the kids was acting like he couldn’t understand what I was saying. I could some of them through the front window and they looking and laughing. When he repeated back my order and asked if it was correct I said no because it wasn’t. He proceeds to tell me yes and says pull up to the window. At that point I just drove away and left because I didn’t need to argue with someone at the window so one of them kids could spit in my food. Not taking that chance.

Recently our food from this location hasn’t been the same quality you get from other locations. Picture to prove it. Other locations it’s a full and nice looking sandwich… this one (more than once) has felt like they are just using scraps.
Given the recent review history I am wondering if something had changed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I prepaid for 4 sandwiches a day in advance for a small work event, then placed an additional order for 2 more the day of—specifically asking that all 6 sandwiches be cut into thirds, totaling 18 pieces. I did this intentionally so the order would qualify for a catering box, as it was for a farewell lunch for a coworker.
I sent a colleague to pick up the order, and she came back with the sandwiches cut up in individual wrappers—no catering box. Presentation matters, especially for work events. I then sent my colleague back to ask for the box, and the manager (Juliette) refused—claiming we would have to order 18 pieces. Well, I paid for 6 sandwiches and had them cut into thirds equaling 18 pieces, but I guess she’s a little slow at math.
Instead of giving the box, Juliette handed my coworker an aluminum pan and, according to her, did so with an unprofessional attitude. The whole situation felt unnecessarily petty. I’ll never order from this location again—next time, I’ll gladly go one exit up to Jersey Mike’s.

This Jimmy John’s location is hurting the brand of Jimmy John’s. I’ve picked up from this location multiple times. My sandwich was not ready and I ordered 35 minutes in advance and in my timeslot. I can understand if they were busy but there was hardly anybody in the store. The people working were very slow and had zero excitement for working there. Other Jimmy John’s locations in the area are happy to work there and work fast to keep up the Jimmy John’s brand. The management needs to be completely overhauled at this location. I will not order from this Jimmy John’s location ever again.
It has been over an hour since my order was “out for delivery”, and when I called the store to check on the status, was told that “the driver had taken 4-5 different orders but would be my way soon”. That is not an acceptable response when trying to track down food that was ordered well over an hour prior, and at this point my sandwich has been outside of a temperature controlled environment (with mayo) in a vehicle for over an hour, and I suspect the quality of that sandwich if it ever does get delivered will be sub-par and soggy at best, if it is even safe to eat.Whoever at the store is trying to cover for the incompetence of their driver should be spoken to, as this is starting to encroach on a food safety violation, and has already crossed the line of ridiculous
