Two times I have ordered from this store for delivery and two times they have sent me a lettuce wrap with nothing but lettuce in it (obviously not what I ordered). Both times they have made it right for the most part with no issue. Tried to call for delivery today to use the credit they applied to my account only to be notified they donât have a delivery driver and Iâd have to order through DoorDash in which case I canât use my credit. I guess they should probably change their slogan as âfreaky fast deliveryâ no longer fits

I have been coming here a long time, and have always been very happy with the customer service. Today, Brian went above and beyond! I was waiting on my family's subs and my 2 year old was struggling in near-meltdown mode. Brian took the time to offer her stickers, smiles and lots of kind words while bouncing around doing his duties. He was a true lifesaver and helped to turn the entire situation around. I am very appreciative of his kindness, hard work, and quick thinking to make this my best Jimmy Johns experience yet. Thank you!

Donât understand how I placed a mobile order 45 minutes in advance for a turkey sandwich then proceed to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes.. it wasnât a weird order and an inconvenience. I regret tipping!

Service has been good here in the past but very frustrated by today. Came here after somewhere else messed up my order and then this Jimmy John's messed up my order. I don't eat dairy, not sure why there was dairy in my food when we confirmed no dairy. Also paid for something added and it was not added (which we also said twice). Very frustrating. I didn't have time for them to remake my order, wish I did.
It surely would be nice if this store closed ON TIME instead of 15 minutes early just because somebody was ready to go home. I certainly can't leave MY JOB 15 minutes early just because I'm ready to go home. Congratulations. You just lost a loyal customer over something stupid. Way to go.

I go here pretty regularly for lunch. The food and service are always excellent. I am surprised by the previous bad reviews because I've been going there for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. Today the drive thru lane was backed up because someone thought it was appropriate to place a large order there instead of going inside or ordering ahead. I placed a mobile order and when I told them that, they walked it out to me and said they didn't want me to wait in line due to the large order. That's going above and beyond and should be recognized. Thanks!!
