Im literally done with this location. After all the pushy tip fiasco - Dont bother ordering delivery. I ordered directly through the app and they sent it through Uber eats. It took an HOUR to get here. I live 2 miles away from the restaurant but Im sick so I ordered delivery.

Went today around 3 something. I wanted to post copy of receipt however my sister was so mad she trashed it before I could. But sure they can see it. Went through drive through ordered kick n chicken wrap. It was awful. Not sure what was kicking but sure was not the wrap. She asked for pickles onions and cherry peppers on turkey and provolone sandwich NON WAS ON IT!!! waited at drive through for sandwiches to be ready. Not fast!! All the add on were on the receipt. Wish I had went around the corner to Jersey Mike's

Jimmy John’s Cumming & Buford 20 is a Solid alternative near all the shops and restaurants in Cummings! The staff of young kids really work hard and are very attentive to guest and their orders! I highly recommend if you want a sandwich, and no fastfood!

Amazing food and great service. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu and company as a whole. We ordered and received our food FREAKY fast and with a genuine smile. This is hands down the best Jimmy Johns in the continental United States. Thank you for the great food and hospitality! Also good God, you people are insane!!! If you don’t want to leave a tip then just press the no option, it’s really easy. Leaving bad reviews in a society based around tip culture is actually the behavior of a degenerate lunatic. Grow up and learn how to press a button without getting butthurt and triggered

Every single time I order and pay for extra meat they don't put extra meat on my sandwich. It wasn't like this a year ago. Also what's with the tipping at the drive thru. You tip waiters and waitresses not drive thru people.

I was very very hungry when I left a doctors appointment with a cranky toddler and was really looking forward to my sandwich. Was extremely disappointed with what I got, when I got home and opened my sandwich there were literal scraps. I’ve gotten slims from JJ’s several times before with plenty of meat & cheese! If they were running out of something, I would have preferred to have been notified so I could get something else… I gave feedback via email and was expecting a response but got nothing. The man at the drive thru was friendly. I love JJ’s, but just won’t be going back to this location.
