The good news is the food is simple and pretty consistent. The bad news is also consistency, because every time I go in there are new faces who all manage to achieve the same surprising level of incompetence. Today I ordered online to avoid the line, arrived 15 min later and watched as two people walked in the store and ordered their food and were served before they even started my order. They’d had my order for 15 min, did nothing with it until I arrived. If I order online, I’m trying to save time - not give you more of it with a tip on top.

Good service and food! Iced tea was just water with sugar. Very little tea in it. And this store desperately needs more seating. Would often like to dine in, but only offers 2 tables that are typically full.

Is there a rule now that says you can only have on slice of each meat on your sandwich? This sandwich was so thin I could only taste the bread and barely the meat. Or is it because I redeemed a reward for a free sub that whoever made this sandwich thought I didn't deserve a decent one. I should have known something as wrong when I took the sandwich from the guy in the window and it felt like he just gave me a sub roll. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed with my food

The sandwich is average, taste almost like other sub. Sandwich. For 6inch and cheap it costed 12 dollars, you can 12fta sub sanwatch else where for that price or even cheaper if you hard enough. Do yourself and your wallot a favor and save money else where.

Placed an online order at 8:50 which was confirmed. Arrive to pickup at 8:55 and they said they were already closed. This is the second time they’ve closed early. I’m still waiting to get a refund from the first order.
