We had a fantastic dining experience. Our server, Cristian, provided exceptional service, making our meal enjoyable from start to finish. The Rock 'n Roll sushi was delicious and expertly crafted. The combination of outstanding service and delectable dishes make Kani House a must-try. I highly recommend it!

Same old same old , volcanoes and having food thrown to you like a seal. Food is fair and so is service. Actually service was worse than normal. One of our party ordered off the menu and did not receive their food until almost every one else was done eating. Third strike for me !!

Very disappointed. This was a birthday dinner to celebrate 3 birthdays and it was far from a celebration. We had a 7:30 reservation and we were seated on time; but no one ever came to check on us at our table. After 20 minutes we finally flagged down a waitress to get drinks for the table and at 8:15 went to inquire about how much longer it would be before someone would take our order and start cooking. We did not eat until 9. The restaurant was so loud that we couldn’t enjoy conversation, company or even the hibachi show. And, because it was so loud when we placed our orders, the orders were not right. We ate them anyway because we were so hungry. The vegetables were mainly onions and cabbage with very little carrots and broccoli. We were looking forward to a fun family evening but won’t be back.

Service was slow.Cook came out to start hibachi cooking before any appetizers came out.Asahi was not very cold like my wife’s Sapporo.Beer glass sat empty for 15 minutes. Decided not to order another one because it took so long.Menu had warning on cover about ordering and their costs and not returning or complaining so I didn’t say anything.Service is a 2 on a scale of 1-5Atmosphere is super loud, but I guess that’s normal for a hibachi style place.The final straw in poor service was, the waiter delivered a check which was combined with another family’s bill. Delay delay delay.The fact is, this Kani house is not as well run as the one in Dawsonville.
