The Latina ladies that work here in the Deli are super friendly. I love practicing my Spanish with them while I am ordering. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the other associates I have encountered at the deli do not know the difference between regular, cured meats and uncured. Please educate your staff to know the difference. There are some people actually allergic to sodium nitrate and other nitrates used in cured foods, and sadly, I am one of them. There is a good selection, but I always have to point out which meats are uncured and which aren't and that low sodium is not the same as uncured.

It’s like Super-Kroger! The only bad thing is they have everything so I can spend too much time and money there BUT since there is an eatery, sushi bar and a wine&beer bar there are places to rest.. lol

This may be long but I have to get it all out! I've never felt at home in a grocery store, but every time I walk into the Kroger on Bethelview that's what it feels like. From the deli ladies, management, clicklist, checkout and baggers... you are all so kind and go above and beyond.
It's a good grocery store. It's got fantabulous food and drinks. Plus, they've got great customer service.

The parking is always full and it's impossible to find a spot. The sushi counter smells so bad I feel like I'm getting slapped in the face with a week old dead fish when I walk in the store. The Starbucks line is miles long and always understaffed. The store never looks or feels clean or well stocked. Everyone I know refers to it as the “gross Krogerâ€. I get what I need from the natural food section and leave as fast as I can. And don't get me started on the gas pumps that talk to you! I'm never going to buy the crap the ‘machine' is trying to sell me. It's so irritating!! Just waiting for another store to open in the area. Can't happen soon enough!

The location is great and that's about it. I can't say much about staff as I usually self check out. My gripe is the place always looks like they are a wholesale shop or going out of business...holes in inventory everywhere. This is not my experience with other locations.
