this store would not accept a check from me to pay for gift cards purchased. i just bought over $100 in groceries using credit card. I was told that they could not take a check since I had not written one in a long time. They did not offer sny help on how I could cadh checks for groceries in the future. i called to ralj to the store manager and he did not call me back. I called again todsy and wss put on hold for about 10 minutes and he/she never answered. this is totally not acceptable and may never go back to that store again. bad customer service. By thw way, I went to the ATM and got cash and the one cashier thought I should go to the back of the long line. No way!

I recently found myself shopping again at Kroger. While I'm there I was wondering why I stopped going. The store is clean, the employees are so helpful and they have great deals. It also reminded me of what Walmart isn't any longer. High prices, rude employees and sky high food prices. Thanks Kroger

The Latina ladies that work here in the Deli are super friendly. I love practicing my Spanish with them while I am ordering. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the other associates I have encountered at the deli do not know the difference between regular, cured meats and uncured. Please educate your staff to know the difference. There are some people actually allergic to sodium nitrate and other nitrates used in cured foods, and sadly, I am one of them. There is a good selection, but I always have to point out which meats are uncured and which aren't and that low sodium is not the same as uncured.

I really want to like this kroger but they make it very hard. Many of the outdoor items are not priced and they tend to be out of several items throughout the store.The final straw is typically the checkout line. I feel like they get frustrated when customers do not use the cashiers and instead opt for self check. I will say that I will probably never use the cashier again, because every time I do they don't know how to bag. I'm not sure who does the training for the baggers but I feel like there isn't any. Today my eggs were packed with all of the heavy cans. I had to repack in the car to ensure that they did not get crushed. Also, I had one bag full of of non food items except for 1 random package of sliced cheese that was thrown in there.

This is fine store. Feels like a friendly home-town grocer, but has all the gourmet items you will need. Store manager is very nice and professional...and this carries down to his entire crew. All departments are clean, and they all came through for us , with plenty of inventory, during this covid-charade shortages. Good in-store Starbucks, and they have a great clearance section as well. Highly recommend. GP

I've been to this Kroger several times as an Instacart shopper. Overall, and especially compared to other Kroger stores in the area, this one is dirty, unorganized, and often out of stock of many items. Considering there is another Kroger only about 4 miles down the road on bethelview that is farrrr nicer, I would never visit this store to spend my personal money.

I just recently changed to this Kroger on Bethelview road to the pharmacy there thinking their prices were a lot better than other places. Over the past few months I've been met by a woman at the pickup window inside and she has been nothing but rude. She won't answer any of my questions about anything. She comes across as if I'm just bothering her. I have five prescriptions I need every month and I wanted to talk to her about the prices I found on Good RX. She had no interest in even discussing with me about it. When I asked her she just grabbed the Kroger pamphlet about their own discount program and just said fill it out for next time. Once I went home and looked at my receipt and then checked Good RX I ended up spending double what I should have spent. The receipt I got from them didn't even break down each medication price individually by name. I shouldn't have to come into a pharmacy and have such terrible service as if I'm just a burden to even come to the counter. This same employee for months now I've had to deal with in the same rude way. I don't ever write reviews on any business but this time I really feel like I have too. This Pharmacy and their service is terrible. I don't know the name of this woman but she needs to find another profession. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Until I move to another pharmacy from now on I will make a point to this employee that I will take as much time asking her questions and getting the service I deserve.

It’s like Super-Kroger! The only bad thing is they have everything so I can spend too much time and money there BUT since there is an eatery, sushi bar and a wine&beer bar there are places to rest.. lol

I love everything about Kroger. I always shop there. I just moved close to this store and it is not like any other Kroger. Extremely dirty store. The shelves are mostly bare. Bathrooms are filthy with broken TP dispenser lying on the floor. The staff is mostly older (I'm old too) and unhelpful. I would guess the better staff has been transferred to the new Kroger which is where I will be shopping even though it is 5 miles more to travel. The nice clean Publix is nearby...
