If I could I would have gave a zero stars on all of them, Monday of this week I went through Krystal and ordered the 12 Krystal and by the time I got home me and my cousin was vomiting 🤮 and shit was everywhere we both didn't stop vomiting and shitting until Wednesday January 7th , you guys need to fix your food better

Great food, especially their wings and nuggets, my 2 yr old loves the nuggets, my wife likes chicken wings, so we go almost once a week to Krystal, never disappointed with their food taste.
Actually they missed fries in our combo, so dropped a complaint and they called next day morning and gave the manager name and said you can get replacement of all food, we did not take all the replacement, but took some, wat else is required. Great customer service and care for customers..

Krystal’s has always had a special place in our family. My parents and grandparents loved the place and in turn we do too. Whenever we pass we will stop in and have a meal whether it’s a sackful or a sunriser. This location has great food but the inside is not in operable condition. It’s time to spend some time cleaning or this should be drive through only.

The fries were hot and delicious. Burgers were steaming hot and good as usual, but the place needs to be remodeled. Ceiling tiles are dirty, stained, and warped. The decor is still the same after 20 years. Pendant lights are crooked or broken. Strange smells in the dining room. The windows are dirty. Tables and chairs are not organized. Feels neglected. Probably best to order through the window and eat somewhere else.
