I know this is an older place that use to be a wow place, but, the good is still great, service was outstanding and easy to get in and out of! Love the steamed burgers!! Go ahead, visit this classic place!!!

Krystal’s has always had a special place in our family. My parents and grandparents loved the place and in turn we do too. Whenever we pass we will stop in and have a meal whether it’s a sackful or a sunriser. This location has great food but the inside is not in operable condition. It’s time to spend some time cleaning or this should be drive through only.

The fries were hot and delicious. Burgers were steaming hot and good as usual, but the place needs to be remodeled. Ceiling tiles are dirty, stained, and warped. The decor is still the same after 20 years. Pendant lights are crooked or broken. Strange smells in the dining room. The windows are dirty. Tables and chairs are not organized. Feels neglected. Probably best to order through the window and eat somewhere else.

Service was my issue thru the drive window. I wouldn’t even give it one star…more like a fraction of a star. African American lady got order wrong and yelled at me and snatched bag back out of my hand. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Rude rude rude.

I had stopped going to KRYSTAL due to consistently poor customer service and long wait times, but today I decided to give it another chance. I visited the location near my house, and Nita, who was working the drive-thru, completely restored my faith in KRYSTAL. She was amazing—friendly, helpful, and greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. Nita’s exceptional service made my visit a pleasant one, and she's a big reason why I would consider coming back to this location. She definitely deserves recognition for her hard work!"

Hey Krystal is Krystal! Their burgers taste like they have tasted. They are a very good simple hamburger! Now they have other selections. My wife loves the chili cheese pup which and the chicken sandwich. We have not had breakfast here in GA. but in FL. they had an absolutely great country breakfast. Like I said Krystal burgers taste just like they have always tasted. I do like a Krystal burger sometimes. I don't have a Gourmet appetite. I like good food at a decent price!

Went to this place to pick up an order, the employee name was Web. He was so rude, he did not have any patient to talk through drive through and once we picked up the order, he slamed the window so bad that it could’ve break. I guess it pays to be rude to customers
