We Ordered 2 Beers,2 chicken Ramen,pork gyoza & vegetarian gyoza.. the inside of the gyoza was fridge cold and warm outside, you can tell it wasn’t steamed it was microwave..the waitress tried to touch the food on the table with her bare hands, before she took it back into the kitchen but never apologized for it.( NO CUSTOMER SERVICE MANNER)
Ramen was HORRIBLE! The broth had a very strong after taste & a bad smell,the chicken taste old,very dry & rubbery ( I WONT EVEN FEED THAT TO MY DOG)
we politely spoke to the owner on the side because we didn’t want to creat a scene,we ask to cancel the order & we will pay for the beers which is the only thing we had.
in a very rude and nasty attitude he said that he can’t do that because we ordered the food so we have to pay for it wether we eat it or not! the best he can do is give us a 20% discount. I told him sir I don’t want a discount because we are not eating the food. He was very stubborn..
I went to the register paid for 2 beers and walk out!! Another Asian lady that works there yelled” you didn’t pay for the food don’t ever come back! I yelled back”I’m leaving because your food is horrible what makes you think we are coming back?!
we usually go to Jinya in Alpharetta,we were trying to save the drive & try something different..NEVER AGAIN!!
We are ramen lovers! We’ve been to sooo many ramen places here in Us and also Japan. of course all ramen taste different because the broth is made from scratch & every place has they own recipe.. but one thing they have in common is that all ramens are Delicious and everything taste fresh..

My complaint was not about the ramen being “clumpy”, it was about the old after TASTE of your ramen, the quality of food that was served to us, Along with your poor customer service skill. I understand you trying to defend your restaurant, but this review was left to let the community know about the disaster they are walking into. There are many people that left similar reviews to mine, and accountability was not taken on your part, please stop blaming the customers. What I stated in The review about the Lady running after us was not said in an offensive or derogatory way, it was descriptive, don’t twist my words. Again, if you took the time to go through the reviews I leave for other business establishments,… use that time to train your staff, who brings the entree and appetizers at the same time in less than 10mins,that’s how you know food is NOT FRESHLY MADE, train your staff better customer hospitality skills! You report whatever you like that doesn’t change the truth, but have a great day!

I'm not sure how to improve a sushi and ramen spot in Buford, Georgia. Staff was great, the build is great, and the sake selection is fine. Basically, it's a solid choice for sushi and ramen in the Cumming/Buford area.
