Worst place ever...terrible customer service from what seemed to be teenager.. I asked for a sample of a pickled jalapeno after he mistakenly held them and dripped their juices over my burrito... I am highly allergic to pickling spices especially yellow mustard seed...the sample that i asked him to bring to the register an let me smell it...he said he could not,i was asking your belligerent employ to comply so i didnt die...i could not complete purchase in respect for my personal safety.. Your employee wasted that food in a very defiant,child like manner.....now it seems the like the owners reply is on that very same level..and such a nasty reply on Thanksgiving, sad very un-american spirit from these people..Maybe ya'll should do a better job raising and mentoring these youth to make them more respectful to elders and your customers..No excuse but laziness and lack of compassion for fellow human beings.....smh

Seem to lash out at any customer that takes the time to express concerns about the business rather than absorbing the criticism and making postive change...most of the one stars speak to very poor customer service as far back as the beginning..started to think the name may change again... 😢

Lake Burrito is a delightful spot for authentic Mexican food! The decor with live plants creates a warm atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal. The counter service is efficient, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; they quickly resolved a small issue with my order while maintaining a kind attitude. Another staff member heard we had complaint and came to apologize for the inconvenience. He even gave us two marshmallow deserts from the place next door to apologize.
The food is yummy, bursting with flavor and freshness. Whether you choose tacos, burritos, or a bowl, you won't be disappointed. The guacamole was especially good and had the perfect amount of flavor. Only criticism is their chips weren't great. We will add this place to our rotation.
