Laredos Taqueria & Grill

We just visited Laredo for the first time and unfortunately we won’t be back. We were sat immediately and our server came quickly to take our drink and food order, but that’s the last we saw of him until I had to wave him down to get the check. The hostess served our food but no one came back to check on us or refill drinks again. Good service goes a long way and today we did not get that.

Not sure what happened in the past 3 months or so but the service and food quality is not what it once was. I have noticed a lot of staffing changes so I suspect that is part of the issue. The service and food quality used to be pretty good, unfortunately not the case anymore. Last several times we've been the staff seems more concerned about talking to each other and being on their phones than taking care of customers. The food quality has really gone down as well. Everything used to be so flavorful and well presented but now it's flavorless and looks like they just throw it on a plate. I've also noticed it's not near as busy as it used to be. Sad to see things going downhill 😔

I really enjoyed my lunch here. A lot of choices on the menu. The Tex Mex flavor is great. The server has been there since the doors opened and she was awesome as well. We will go back again.

Kinda disappointed. In the past ordered soup to go. Cost $10.95 and now it doesn’t come with chips. So small soup and small chips cost almost $14. Not really worth it. Wont be doing take out any more.

disgusting food got 4 tacos to go and it looks like thrown together crap. taco bell makes better tacos than this. some had cilantro some didnt. go to taco bell instead last time eating here

The server did a very good job at making sure I was happy with the meal and kept my glass full. I had the tamales with pork and it was really good. The tamales themselves reminded me of my grandmother's tamales but with lettuce, pico and avocado. Very good meal. Just a little pricey, but I will go again. Oh. The chips came with three different types of salsa. Good stuff.

The street taco options are very good here. Typically not busy, and they have outdoor seating in shade.

With the large numbers of MXN cuisine around this was a pleasant surprise. Sat at the bar and Rocky was awesome ! Great margs and the bowls were good too. Note -salsa is on the spicy side !
