Came in with a large group of people, our service was extremely slow. Upon entering there was no host- and it seemed abandoned for almost 10 minute. It took almost 40 minutes for the food to come out, and it was subpar at best. Because it took so long and we had an appointment I asked for a to go box. After asking for the to go box no one ever came back. At least 10 minutes passed. I literally just left all my extra food on the table which was half a sandwich and several nuggets and fries.
Honestly wouldn’t come back to this location and if I had paid for the meal I would have asked for a full refund because it was such poor service. However someone else paid for the meal- so I tried not to complain.
