We were told the wait was 20 minutes it ended up being 40 minutes and were given a table next to the bar. My son is in a wheelchair and the space was not big enough for him to get to the table and turn around so he could transfer to the booth. When I asked for another table I was told we would need to wait again. The food was just Okay and my fries were cold. The restaurant decor felt tired and outdated. I will not go back.

I’ve tryed this place I gave the benefit of a new cook or what ever I try the pasta 3 separate time was even told buy waiter it dry and no Alfaro it was more like butter noodles so I though give it one more time and they can’t even cook my steak like I asked I wanted medium rare and they brought out rare ever time . My foods messed up give us gift cards like u know I keep screw up I mean place empty has been like over a last few months . Just a fair warring ever one my waiter have been awsome manage has some work that needs done

One of the consistently good Longhorns around. The food is always good, relatively quick and service is great.
Very surprised at the level or lack of service received. This location usually does a good job, but this was unexpected. I was seated waited 10 minutes for a server, I notified the host that I was still waiting, he stated he would let the waitress know. I watched him go back to the front and did nothing. I waited another 5 minutes. This is downright disrespectfully and not acceptable. Do better or hire people that care.
