Need leadership that knows their business and to address situations specifically on customer satisfaction. I don’t come to a McDonald’s to be told to pull up and park and I will bring your food out, especially when no one is behind me or a long line. Ok, granted it was late, and I was tired. I stopped at McDonald’s on my way home from the airport after a long day. But I dong think your employees need to be carrrying on conversations and holding hands with the passenger cars, especially when there are multiple cars waiting in line. It was obvious that she wasn’t waiting on an order to be made, they were just chatting. I understand they are teenagers, and acting professional is not top of mind. The gentleman Phil is the rudest individual I have ever met. He definitely needs to be retrained in Customer service and notified that taking the Lord's name in vain over the drive through intercomm is not acceptable anywhere any time!!!
