I tried the new Chicken Strips after the drive-thru employee recommended them, but they were completely undercooked and raw—I nearly got sick. Unfortunately, this isn't the first bad experience at this location. The food is often either burnt, undercooked, or served cold. Very disappointing.

I come here with my 2 boys often. We are always greeted with a smile and exceptional customer service, especially from a young man named Terry. If everyone had Terrys attitude, and customer service the world would be a better place!
Might be legally actionable thieves. Ordered and paid through the app, was advised they couldn't fulfill the order and also refused any sort of refund. Left with no food and 16 dollars poorer. Amy said there was nothing she could do except maybe a free meal at another time. Supposed to have to talk to Dolores because this is a franchise. My wife spent hours at the hospital today in false labor only to be robbed trying to get food afterwards. 16 bucks isn't much but I am going to pursue this as much as possible because this the 2nd McDonalds that has done this. If anyone else has had this experience, please reach out as I would like to raise awareness and see what our options as a group are.

This place is definitely in my top 3 for worse McDonald's in the united states. No ice in the soda, cold fries, all while taking 15 mins to get through the drive through and another 15 mins to give them back the food only to take it back and then tell me to refund it through the app, which doesn't have a refund. Go to any other McDonalds.
Don't use the McDonald's app ever. I waited another 15 mins to give them back their food, they told me they can't refund me, that I would have to do it through the app. There is no refund option in the app. Their TOS in the app say's the refund comes from the restaurant. The app TOS is completely invalid and wrong, your going to go in circles using that poorly designed and thought app with a invalid TOS.
I suggest to never use the App, they will take your money with no way to get a refund when they screw you. If they have an order button, there should be a way to request a refund just as easy when you get screwed, which if you go to this McDonald's it's practically gauranteed.
