While the wait times are can be nearly insufficient, it is easy to undermine when the product and service compensates for it.
The energy of McDonald's™ of Buford Highway is supple and easy-going. So, I was allocate a nearly perfect score to this location.

I ordered in the app. I’ve been in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes. This is insane. FTP
Edit: just over 45 minutes. I got to the window and they were out of what I ordered. They refunded me the wrong amount then had to do a second refund. This is my worst fast food experience ever.

This is my local McDonald’s and the food is prepared well and staff have always been great to me. I’ve been going here for a few years and have never had a problem including when another customer took my food by mistake.

I never thought I’d give a review for this but the people were so kind to me when I ordered cheeseburger for my dog for her birthday: they wished her a happy birthday and even gave her a pup cup. Very friendly staff, no wait and fresh food. #1 McDonald’s location in my book!

Wish I would have read your reviews on yelp before going to this McDonald's. It has no customer service and the crispy chicken doesn’t even taste like meat. The sandwich was very messy and they didn't even place a napkin in the bag. I would give you a 0 if I could. I went here because it is close to home but next time I will go further down the street to the next one. Do you read your reviews?
I tried the new Chicken Strips after the drive-thru employee recommended them, but they were completely undercooked and raw—I nearly got sick. Unfortunately, this isn't the first bad experience at this location. The food is often either burnt, undercooked, or served cold. Very disappointing.
