The dude that was taking the order in the drive way was so rude ! I asked for the two for three and then he asked me anything else, and after I can ordering things he kept on asking me anything else like I was being rushed ! Keep in mind I only ordered two for three large, sweet tea and medium fries, Not at all if it was a lot, I would understand Then we proceeded to the window I asked how much my order was and he was on his phone Replied one second! Then he told me my total I gave him my card, then asked for my receipt he pulls out. His phone is on his phone, not paying attention while trying to grab the receipt on his phone …. I honestly honestly think this is professional! Thank you !

Does McDonald's is pretty consistent with their food ordering and hot fries. I've been going to this location for years and they rarely get my order wrong. I would say 8 times out of 10 they get the order right. And my orders are always complex.

Food is usually pretty decent, but today we had an issue in the drive thru. We had an extremely rude and impatient older woman taking our order, she’d repeatedly cut us off when we tried saying any part of our order, even when we tried to answer her repeated questions. When we tried answering her for the third time what dipping sauce we wanted she screamed at us the total and “WAS THAT ALL NOW???”
When we pulled up to the window she was extremely snappy with us and the people ahead of us, giving us a sour expression.
I’ve worked in retail and fast food myself before, I understand some days are hard, but I don’t think it’s necessary to scream at customers who are genuinely trying to be patient with the noticeably senile, older worker.
Be weary of the workers.
